From my experience with them, my fur babies are my life and they treated them just like I would, my girl had to have a major operation done ( uterus ruptured & C-section on babies)( babies didn't make it) but my girl did, and that's thanks to Dr. Knowles and his staff for helping and taking such great care of her... They were also very good with calling and keeping me updated on her also...I'm very thankful for them all, for saving my girl...

Knowles is a very experienced vet. It’s hard to get in sometimes but he’s one of the best in WV so it makes sense

Extremely rude. Called and they have an “emergency” number on the voicemail but when you call it’s their home & the lady was very rude. Told me they aren’t an emergency vet.

Love these guys, had an emergency with my dog and they were amazing. Very affordable and understanding, the veterinarian had been doing this since the 80's.

Dr. knowles and his staff were amazing in saving the life of our dog Chey. She had to have emergency surgery to remove her uterus and they treated her and my family with compassion and respect. They loved on Chey and called us over the weekend while she had to stay and recover to give us updates daily on her progress . I would highly recommend them

We had to have our dogs leg removed due to her being hit by a car they quoted us 7-800 dollars after the surgery was finished they told us it was going to be 1800 which we would’ve been okay with but they they sent her out of there with no medication for pain because “she seemed to be doing okay” even tho asoon as we got her in the car she was just laying there whimpering and crying An absolute joke of a veterinarian and I recommend no one ever go there
