I'm so disappointed and did not want to have to give this review, but with that being said I took my van there 10 times literally and after $ 2,600 later the problem was still there. But, I took it back after buying brand new tires and the vehicle was still shaking real bad they rotated the tires and did not put the right air pressure back in my tires ruining my brand new tires and still the shaking persists. You cannot drive with 80 lbs in one tire and 37 in one on the ftont and then 45 lbs and 78 in the tires on the back!!! This is a rookie mistake. I kept giving them chance after chance but this was the last straw. The tread on my new tires are gone after only 2 months. Now you get on social media and respond to my review and lie on us. First, you never said our rotors were bad I would have fixed them actually they are just fine. You told us a brake caliper were sticking. Then it was alignment, after that it was shocks you said, then you said it was the tires. Then you said maybe ball joints,and tie rods. After we bought all this stuff you said everything under the vehicle was perfect and I said why do we still have the problem. We take our vehicles anywhere but your establishment now. As for the pot hole yes I did hit a pot hole and brought it back for you to see if it knocked it out of alignment which you charged me for and messed up other things on our car. Why would we spend 2,600 dollars trying to fix the shaking when you said it was just our rotor which would be 900 dollars it don't make sense would it. You are trying to make us look like we were cheap and didn't want to pay you to fix our ride when we paid 1,600 dollars more for you not to fix our ride. You are unprofessional and dirty people. Own your mistakes and quit trying to blame someone else for your mistakes. Shame on you!!!!!

My husband and I had another unpleasant experience at Rick's Tire. We had to take our van back because of a sensor, and when they turned that sensor off, 2 more popped up!! Well, the lights on the dash only came on in the first place after they worked on it and made some pretty rookie mistakes. We have spent so much time and money with this establishment, and it truly hurts our hearts to feel like they are deliberately causing our vehicle more harm for more profit. I do not recommend this business to anyone!! Especially if you work hard for your money, then have a place like this cause more problems so they can line their pockets with others hard earned money!!! I really hope they can figure it out and hopefully do a better service to others in the future. As for me and mine, though, we can't afford to keep going around for the mistakes to keep being made.

Extra good service. Took my mother’s car in for new tires and living out of town couldn’t pick it back up. Rick’s tire service delivered the car back to my mom to help us out. Going the extra mile. Thank you.

:( Put a car in the shop that was broke down for two years, took it to them and “only thing wrong” was a battery, two days later it blew up, now I have to pay 190.60 for a broke down car.

We were on a mission trip serving the homeless in Logan, WV with a group of middle schoolers from our church back in NJ. One of our rental vans was having an issue with the caliper. Of course, this happened the night before we were to head home early the next morning. We arrived at Rick's an hour before closing. They were swamped. They told us if we were ok to wait until they finished all their current customers, they would be happy to take a look and see what they could do. They anticipated that it could be a major issue causing us to not be able to drive the van.After a short 20 minute wait on the soft leather couches in their waiting room, the tech came in with great news. He said the pin in the caliper was just temporarily getting stuck. Nothing needed to be replaced, just a quick greasing and it wouldn't be an issue on our ride home. He went ahead and greased it before even asking as it was a simple fix. He checked the other four tires to make sure it wasn't happening on them as well.When we went to check out and pay for the services, the owner came out and shook our hand thanking us for coming to serve in their community. He was blown away that we had a group of middle school students taking the time out of their summer to come serve those in need. No payment needed. It was his way to give back to the those serving his community.Later we were talking with someone in the community, and they had nothing but nice things to say about the owners and staff at Rick's.I now know why they were swamped. Good people doing good work.Thank you again for helping to get our team home.

My cars rpms have been locking up, so I took my car to Rick’s Tire. They said they test drove it…didn’t say if they put it on a computer which I prefer. Today makes a week that they’ve had it.Wanted to charge $800+ for spark plugs to be changed and said they still didn’t know if it would fix the issue. Sorry, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because I can get it done more cost effectively and maybe even efficiently. ? I’m not trying to be mean, I’m just really unimpressed and have been without my car for a week now
