It always takes about three business days to get deposits from an ATM if you deposit either on Saturday or Monday, they seem to not get out to the ATM until Wednesday. ATM should have a notice that it MAY TAKES DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY. We've even deposited cash and (most banks ATM) give immediately cash deposit to your account. Not anymore.I've even had insurance drop my check in my account my bf went to withdrawal money and was told he had to wait one business day to be sure it was posted to our account. Never once did I ever have this problem at Carter bank n trust when they dropped twice that amount in our checking. Definitely haven't been happy with service here

This bank is a joke so one year ago I lost my wallet had my wife call to cancel my debit card. No problem there. Today my wife informed me she lost her card before going to work so she goes to work I call the bank to cancel it remember I'm the primary account holder, I added my wife here. But sir your wife must call to cancel the card you can not do that on her behalf. So it's ok to take a man's money but not a woman's next time I'll say I'm a woman with a man's voice can't argue that in today's society. Bullcrap

I love the small town atmosphere! The people are great, they go that extra mile to help you in any way they can. So far this is the best bank I've ever worked with.
