Avoid this store if at all possible. They have virtually no staff to assist you and the people they do have don't know anything about the store or the products. They also are just awful about honoring warranties. I took back a major appliance that was under warranty and should have been replaced per the warranty and they refused to do so. Instead they offered me half of what I paid for the item on a Lowe's store card, even though the warranty said I was entitled to an equivalent unit. They claimed they did not have an equivalent unit, but would not even give me my purchase price back to put towards a new unit. To make a long story short, I went to a different Lowe's in Beckley and they gave me a new unit without me even having to ask. I will no longer patronize the Lewisburg Lowes.

Came over to purchase a lawn mower with my father and tried to use my VA card for a discount apparently you have to register online even though I had my card in hand...Also sales staff couldn't even find the bags for it I had to literally walk 10 feet down a isle and found them...

In further reference to my earlier review, I just wanted to mention that because of this experience, we cancelled our order with Lowes. Fortunately, we found another retailer in the area that would handle the purchase, disconnect and installation in one, all-inclusive transaction.

I came here all the way from Snowshoe looking for a new grill. The deals were awesome, same as the displays, the availability of merchandise and the service orientation of the employees. This Lowe's is a stone's throw away from Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs and a bit over an hour from Snowshoe. It's extremely well organized and clean as a whistle. I bought one of the largest professional grills they had in stock. The bad part was that it weighed about 400 lbs. No problem. I had three workers put it in my Jeep. Incredible service. Impressive.
