I loved it usually and go every year since they first started the festival. But this year was the worst ever. Yearly it became more and more disappointing. and especially this year, i didnt enjoy it at all, the lines was so long. Lack of organization at some places, And they ran out of choclate at most locations way to fast. And the tickets required at some locations was doubledi myself wittnessed people comming in at noon and they was complaining about no where to tast because most was gone .So it was slim pickings on where to get samples. Also the ladies at the visitors center on this year of 2023, was extremely rude to my daughter who is half Indigenous. They looked her up and down. Made her very uncomfortable. Didn't want to help her as she was trying to purchase a bag to the point another customer stepped in and spoke for my daughter. In fact most vendors seemed to have a cobb up their butts today. I nor my family will ever return to another chocolate festival in Lewisburg again. And I have been going yearly since they first started. Have never missed a year. I won't go backeven if they offered me a free pass!!!!

We had a super time at the Lewisburg Chocolate Festival. There was chocolate galore in one of West Virginia’s most iconic towns. The friendliness and hospitality was second to none. It was good to see people SMILE again, especially the children. Definitely a “will do again” event. Thanks to everyone that made this possible.
