If I could give a zero I would. I went in to have a diagnosis of how much that it would cost to fix and AC leak. After 2 days they told me that it would cost $700.00, so I declined the repair b/c I felt it was too expensive. Then they had the nerve to charge me $144.00 to diagnosis the problem. They said they had to hook it up to a computer. To find a leak that I could hear under the car!!! There is gouging, but this takes the cake. I will NEVER return to this establishment! I will drive to Beckley and pay more to have my service needs fulfilled. Dwayne Hoover Update on 9/20/2023: I took my car to local repair shop and had the A/C fixed for $450.00. Still $100 cheaper than this place (including the $144 they charged me to tell me what was wrong). BEWARE!

I just wanted to thank the folks..........oh, wait, there's nothing to thank them for. My brother and I were traveling on I-64, heading to Marlinton, WV when his truck began to run poorly, show a check engine light, and go into the "limp home mode". We managed to get to Lewisburg, WV and get a hotel room for the night. I looked up local Ford dealers that we could contact and found that Greenbrier was just up the street, so I called and left a message describing our problem and asking if they could return my all in the morning. The next morning, my brother went ahead and called to ask for help and the service rep told him they were booked until the next Thursday and we could bring it in then. When we informed him that couldn't work, he basically said, sorry, can't help you. I understand the short handed situation right now, but just to look at the diagnostic would have taken all of 15 mins, and could confirm what he felt was wrong, but they weren't willing to do that. When asked if there was an independent shop he could recommend, we were told "no". After online searching, we managed to find a shop that not only would see us, but diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than an hour and got us back on the road to complete our vacation. So, unless you just love being ignored, and love your emergency repair scheduled out a week or so, I would avoid this poorly run business at all cost, there are good people out there willing to help you out.

I've only had great experiences here. I worked with Heath on finding a truck for my son. He did not try to sell anything to me that I didn't need.

Sales department called me the day after I visited. I was getting an oil change and rotation on a 2017 Ford F150. Less than a year old. I was browsing the lot to kill time. Salesperson asked for my info, I said "sure but never call me." Next day ring, ring Greenbrier Motors. High prices mixed with aggressive sales tactics. Here's a pro tip trucks are $5,000-$10,000 less in the DC area. The dealership offered me more on a trade-in then I paid for it. But I'd added 25,000 miles. But if I did do a trade-in then I'd have to pay 10k more for the same truck. So it was definitely a losing proposition. The service department is excellent though. Brent and John are professionals and problem solvers. Both rare qualities in this world. If you have any sort of issue. Bypass everyone else in the organization and speak to them directly. The mechanics fix the vehicles. These guys will help resolve other issues. They are smart and provide outstanding customer service.

I just dealt with Dwayne and the service department and I was treated like a moron he was definitely irritated with a his life. It seems as though Motorcraft warranty is very strict you must keep your paperwork what's printed on the battery is it irrelevant and they did everything possible to keep from replacing the battery it just not worth jumping through all the hoops save $40. I can take no for an answer but I don't like being treated like I don't know what planet I live on. Thank you Dwayne for putting me in my place
