This is a long review but I have to share this testimony. This journey to Greenbrier Chevrolet started 2 weeks ago today. My husband was taking our old car to pickup our Granddaughter and the transmission went out. He qas in the process of turning around and the car stopped crossways the road. With minutes he had strangers, police and wrecker their which protected them from harms way. Everyone was safe and made it home safely. The next morning we went to work and not knowing how we were going to get to and from work our job allowed us to use the cargo van all week. On Friday my Sister let me use her truck to get our Son from work. She ask me how I was doing and i told her that I had no clue what we were going to do for a vehicle and that also I was so far from God that I was sure he would not intervene. Saturday morning I got up and was browsing Facebook when I came across the ad for this dealership. I sent them a message and within minutes Noah Boggs called me and ask me what I was looking for. I told him that I needed a car to get me from point A to point B. We set at time for me to come in and talk. In the mean time my Sister had texted me to find out how I was and I told her I was horrible and that I really didn't know which way to turn. She told me my life was not going to get any better until I got my life turned around and she told me to get on my knees and ask God to help me get back on track. I ended up at the cemetery where my parents were buried and I got my life turned around. I had asked God to give me a sign that every thing was alright between us. I looked up into the clouds to see 3 hearts combined into 1 which to me represented the Father. Son and Holy Spirit, i knew right then and there i was okay with God. I then went to the dealership and did the application for a car. After sometime they came to where me and my family were sitting and told me that I had been approved. I had to ask the salesman 3 times to repeat what he said because I couldn't believe what he had said. I waited for a while longer and he came back in and asked if I was ready to see my new car. We went out to the parking lot and the car they sold me was way beyond anything that I ever dreamed to have. I was so thankful to God for answering my prayer and for the dealership to allow me to have this car. It was a holiday weekend and they put a dealer tag on that car and let me bring it home until Tuesday. We finalized everything on Tuesday and now I have a car that will help all of my family to be safe. I just want everyone to know when you are obedient to God and expect a little he will supply your need exceedingly above anything you would ever dream of. Thank you Greenbrier Chevrolet and Noah for the wonderful service you gave me. Rest assured I will recommend you to family and friends.

Kenny Long went above and beyond to provide the best car buying experience. The dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock in the color I preferred, but they went above and beyond to search for one that they could have shipped to the lot. They were able to complete this in a timely fashion. Kenny made it possible for us to have a rental car while we waited through this process so we didn't go without. They were able to find the vehicle I wanted at an excellent price. The day that we closed on the deal, Kenny Long came in on his day off just to make sure we were satisfied, and assisted with setting everything up in the car prior to us leaving. We are so appreciative of the care we received during our purchase.

After a bad experience with the new general manager I wasn't going to come back but a stop at greenbrier motors lead me back to greenbrier chevrolet. Tracie Wilmer went above and beyond to help me on both occasions. She is absolutely awesome to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone. Angel Pyles did an awesome job as well. I'm very happy with my new jeep gladiator. Huge thank you to Tracie and Angel!

You could expect not to get a jack or a good spare tire with a $500 truck, but for $36,000 you hope for a bit more. Promised 3 free oil changes that they will not honor as well. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, and negative stars is what they deserve.

Very disappointed with Mark. He came in agreed to an offer, shook hands, and as we are doing the paperwork come back in and said he made a " boo boo" and raised the price after he shook and agreed to a deal. Absolutely horrible!!! Where I come from you don't treat your customers like that. I guess your word is really not your word Mark.

Not only did Noah make the experience of buying a car incredibly easy, as well as being incredibly friendly and personal; he took the extra time to teach me how to drive the manual car I was purchasing. He'll be my go to salesman from now on!
