Our car broke down while passing through. They looked at it right away and helped with advise on getting us the almost 5 hours home. They did all this on a Friday afternoon (with all the bays filled and very busy) and wouldn't even take any payment, saying we had a rough enough day already.

Had a brake line come loose on my travels up I-64. BRA took the time to fix it late on a Thursday afternoon and got me back on the road. Good people and would be happy to stop there again. Thanks!
