While accompanying a close older friend we visited the lewisburg location. Mind you she and her family have been customers of the company for years but not this particular location. It was the absolute worst experience I have even had at a dealership. Not only was the salesman rude and unprofessional. But I’m 100% sure that he is more than willing to take advantage of someone trusting his word. Willie was the salesman please accompany your older friends or family when visiting this location. Just as an example she was looking at a jeep renegade. I told her the tires were just about bald and wouldn’t pass inspection. He said where do you see worn tires? And proceeds to feel the smooth tire. I said sir I can see from the opposite side of the lot that those are bald. He replied well it is a used car. Beware

Great experience, I do recommend! The only complaint, the employees could take more pride in cleaning the vehicles before they put them out on the lot to sale.

The only place I would ever recommend to purchase your next pre owned vehicle is at Beckley Auto Mall in Lewisburg. They went to bat for me, fought for me till they found me a truck. I will always be grateful for Jimmy and the gang at Beckley Auto Mall Lewisburg. They went out on a limb and gave me a chance. 5 Stars for sure!!!!

A great place to buy a vehicle. Willy will go out of his way to make sure you get the best deal for your money. My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Willy in the past 6 months and we are very satisfied.

The entire staff is so kind and friendly, super helpful, and there to help you find the perfect car for you! Biased or not, I certainly have to recommend Jimmy Kaptis as your cars salesman!
