Would like to thank Karen at Wesbanco for not only providing exceptional customer service, but also going above and beyond to answer some questions I have been trying to get answered for years now. Usually bankers who don’t know the answer right away say they will call you back, and they do not. To receive a follow up call and to finally be able to check off something off my “ to do “ list was super helpful. Thanks Karen !!

They have professional people working at WesBanco Bank in Kingwood, Wv. All bank tellers are friendly and helpful. They know their customers by name so you get personal service. I would recommend this bank to everyone.
