It doesn’t matter how many times I call looking for where my package was delivered, they continue screwing it up. Why is it so hard with GPS to find my house? FedEx and UPS have no issues! And then you can’t even get anyone to answer the phone at this location! I’ve called 10 times today and nobody ever picks up.

Jeff is a great post man but the weekend post woman is not so good This is the 2nd time in 2 months that a package that was supposed to be delivered was not delivered was taken back to the post office and it is the weekend driver that is making this happen the driver can not say no one was home to sign for the package because there was 3 of us outside and was waiting and they was asked if there was another package because there was supposed to be 5 not four so something needs done about this

We love Michael! He has always gone above and beyond to make everything right, even if it was on our end. However, the actual mail carrier for Dinkenberger Road is not ratable. We have not received mail in two days. Our mail is constantly opened. The attitude when you ask her what happened is ridiculous! She pulls up to my 90-year-old neighbor's driveway beeps the horn 2 times and rolls out, as the neighbor is attempting to walk to the mail carrier's vehicle with a walker. By this time mail carrier is mia.
