Terrible service. We called the Garrett County office 3 weeks ago, before the cold and snow spell to have our propane tank leak tested and filled. (We just bought a house with one of their tanks on the property)We were told someone would be here January 9th, but no one came by. When we called to see why, we were told they had no record of us and that they would as to the list. It is now the 25 and still no one has showed. I’ve left two messages asking someone to call me back, and nothing. At this point, we want them to removes the tank so we can go with someone else, but they won’t even return our calls
