Even though requested, I never received a delivery ticket showing the amount of fuel put in my tank. The gauge registers too low to have the amount of fuel requested put in it. Then I was charged a "paper fee" to mail my bill; a fee for calling in order (which I did not do), and a state sales tax fee (didn't owe this), and more. Very disappointed.

Do NOT get AmeriGas! Getting propane takes months and apparently tank pick ups also take months. We switched to natural gas and have been attempting to get our tank picked up since *April* and it's now July. You can speak to the representatives and schedulers and all they can do is put in a ticket request for you. (Which I probably have 6+ escalation tickets in over the past 3 months). AmeriGas outsources to a 3rd party for tank pick ups, so if they are a no call, no show (which is apparently normal), you are SOL. For 2 weeks in a row in June, the guy never showed up. And "they're working on getting me back on the schedule." AmeriGas will do absolutely nothing to help.

Thanks for not showing up for now 4+ days now after scheduled, where my family has been with you for fills and all for 20+ years and now because the driver was worried about snow on a hill, where might I mention are several neighbors have made it up and down, UPS has made it up and down, FedEx has made it up and down, schwan's has made it up and down, and it is plowed. But your truck driver is too scared of snow to come fill up my parents propane that their house runs off of and they're both over 65 and the temperature has been in the negatives the past two days good job way to be such a reliable service. To the point where we were lead on today being told we were fourth in line then second in line and then that your driver's too scared to come down a hill we will be happy to drive it up and down for him or her if they could show up. Again, way to go!

I have had them for year as a back up heat source was filling on a regular basis yearly. With the past few mild winters just payed rental charges. Raised price to $94.00 for a 100 gal tank per year. Customer service needs some work.

If there was a minus star, I would choose that. They say my father signed up for renting their tanks but my mother said we owned them. We had to pay rental fees on four tanks but they usually did not fill all four. Their phone system is terrible and there is no customer service at all!

Great to deal with. Auto fill takes the worry out of delivery times plus they are very kind to speak to regarding delivery and charges on my invoices.. Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with... No worries here

Horrible service. Will rip you off in a heartbeat and leave you without heat because they are to lazy to bring fuel out and put it in your tank when you order it. I CANNOT stand this company and WILL be going elsewhere!

Called in November when we were at 30% was told call back when it was 20% so Dec 26th we called back still waiting on Jan 15th. Was told this week for last 2 weeks and we are out of fuel. Said a driver was in accident was down to one truck. I hate that for the driver but they should be prepared for the winter. Actually I should have been put on list when I called in November.

Ordered fuel last Tuesday. I was told 7-10 business days...I'm still waiting 10 days later. I have 2 small children and NO FUEL. They always seem to be down a driver and are running behind. Why wouldn't you be properly staffed for the winter season?

I couldn't believe the driver showed up a few days early..I was in dire need of fuel...no hassle at all..Being a divorced woman with little income,the payment plan really helps a lot.When husband left..I had no heat..because of AmeriGas..I now do for the cold winter we are having..Thanks AmeriGas in Kingwood ,WV
