Place is very poorly ran. Called to get an alignment done and the guy was whispering in the phone when he did answer he said yea I can anytime, told him I’ll be there shortly show up and hour later and they are to busy to get you in the bays but all 3 are empty. DO NOT RECOMMEND RATHER DO DIY AT HOME ALIGNMENT

Called to get my vehicle aligned, was told to come in anytime, when I showed up I was told they couldn’t do it today. Wasted my time and gas. And people were just standing around & the machine to do alignment was empty. Will never go back ? poor time management & customer service!

Jonathan and Ray are running a professional and proficient auto repair shop providing many auto related services from tires to suspension and engine repair/maintenance. I had my Volvo's new tires installed, spun balanced and Jonathan discovered the tie rods needing replacement which explained the handling issues I had. They had the job done quickly with a reasonable rate.They just got a brand new computerized tire balance machine which will give you accurate results and help your car ride better.I highly recommend this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I had two busted headlights over the weekend and was needing to use my car Saturday and Sunday night. The mechanics at Perfect Timing carved out time to help me repair the lights right away, despite the fact that they were set to close up shop for the weekend and that I did not have an appointment. They were knowledgable, kind, funny, and made me feel better about spending my Saturday in an auto shop. The prices were fair, and they explained every part of the process to me. I know where I'll be going the next time I need any car work done.

My boyfriend and I were traveling in Duluth. Almost four hours away from home and our car broke down. We called so many places and perfect timing was the only place that said they could get us in right away. They used their personal car to drive us to a car rental. I can honestly say I have never met a nicer group of people. They did an amazing amazing job on his car and helped us save so much money. Truly an amazing place with amazing people.

You gotta try the Steak sub!!!! Best steak sub I have ever had. I will no longer go to foxes for my subs. Very good, lots of meat and only 7.99 for a 12 inch.

I just returned from finding an auto repair station. Keep in mind it is Saturday, and as we all know almost every place is closed. When I called Perfect Timing Auto Repair it was their closing time. After I explained my situation, they said they would stay at the station and wait for me to check out my problem. True to their word they were waiting for me. Wow...when is the last time that has ever happened to anyone??!! The owner was such a nice man as were the other two gentlemen. The shop is out of the way for me...however, I will go out of my way for a shop that I know values their customers. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out. You will leave satisfied and feeling like they really take pride in their work. Plus, as a bonus the owner Donnell will be keeping an eye out for a vehicle for me. If I could give 10 stars I would! Simply put, this is a treasure for anyone looking for a good auto repair shop!
