Friendly, but terrible follow up. Went in for repair to my laptop. They were checking on parts And told me they would call me back within a day or two. Two weeks later, I’ve called Three times. Each time I’m told they’ll call right back and still no calls. Not really sure what the problem is Because he keeps telling me, “no problem, still waiting for parts suppliers.”EDIT: Well, three weeks now and no calls. I spoke to Smart Choice in Lavale and got a call back with a reasonable price quote the next day. It’s a no-brainer who I would recommend. If I could go ZERO stars…2nd EDIT: Never got a call back from Gotham. Incidentally, it was an easier fix than expected. No parts needed, labor was very reasonable at Smart Choice.

Brought in my iPhone with an unresponsive screen. They let me know all the possible fixes and their costs, gave me a time frame to come back, and had it working for me the next day. Great service and real friendly.

Unless tou want ripped off price wise. Your info stolen. Your parts said to be bad re used in other builds and speed on you will not go here. And unwilling to make anything right. Preys on the computer illiterate.

Took my phone to this place to get repaired, it's been almost 4 months, no contact from the business on when my phone will get fixed, they broke a new part they ordered on a motherboard to my phone and wants me to pay for labor when the guy won't honor what he said before that he wouldn't charge me for labor after waiting over a month. If you gonna steal a phone and sell it at least tell me first so I can buy another phone. If y'all wanted money out of it at least you could have told me to begin with.... No reason to lie about breaking a part when the part wasn't even put on... I could have just used the other motherboard I ordered for my phone. Untill I get my phone back rating 1 star for now. I dont plan on waiting a whole year for a phone y'all can't seem to fix.

Awesome place! The staff was friendly and helpful. Not only did I receive a free diagnostic but also after it was repaired I was shown it worked too. If you ever need a console repaired, go here! You won’t regret it.

If you are in need of any gaming system worked on Floyd is your guy. He’s very knowledgeable. He fixed my PS4 in two days after it had been at a different shop for a week in a half and I was told it wasn’t fixable. He knows what he’s doing and is very thorough with his work. Very awesome customer service. I will be going to him first for future issues with any gaming systems I own.

Floyd is awesome. We had taken our PlayStation 4 to a different place before we heard about him. The other place had it for a week and a half and it ended up in worse shape than it was before I took it there. Floyd was very awesome he showed me step by step what he had to do to fix it and had the PS4 back in working order in two days. He is very knowledgeable on what he does. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone that has issues with gaming devices. Awesome Customer service. Very friendly staff.
