Nice people until you need details. Had a prescription called in and it was put on back order. No word of when it could he filled. No help in any options. Just wait and hope for the best. Edit. They call me and it looks like there is nothing they can do. They couldn't tell me this days ago. Worthless.

Unbelievably rude, I don't use insurance for my medications bc it is cheaper to use Good RX and they questioned me and had an attitude the entire time. Eventually the person said "so like you want us to fill your prescription can you even afford it?" After that I was like no go ahead and transfer it to Walmart. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience getting my medication

No pharmacist on duty when I need to pick up my medication. Guess I'll just be crazy til Monday. Or whenever they show up. Apparently this is not an isolated incident either.

They can't tell me when the pharmacy is going to be open because I guess they just show up when they want to. Asst. Manager says she has no idea when the GM will be there because apparently he or she has the luxury of not coming to work like the pharmaceutical employees. Asked for the regional managers information and was told no as well. Completely unprofessional. Probably the worse pharmacy and business I have had to deal with ever. Unfortunately they are the only ones in town that take our insurance smh.

I've used this pharmacy since moving to the area nine years ago. My experience was generally positive until this past year, and now they've lost yet another prescription. They've done so in the past and even transferred a couple of prescriptions to another pharmacy without authorization.They closed the drive-thru, close the pharmacy for lunch, and blame "staffing shortages." I could deal with wait times, but incompetene is unacceptable. I'm switching.

There’s no reason that a prescription called in 26 hours earlier should need “half an hour longer” to fill….no matter how soon your Rx is called in, it’s never ready when you get there. Do yourself a favor and go to Reed’s

Worst pharmacy ever...My mom came up @10 in the morning her prescription wasn't ready...I came back at 310...waited in line for 20min...her meds still weren't ready...had to wait 5 more..

Every time I go into the pharmacy they are always standing around talking about something completely not related to work. The last time I was there I pulled in to the drive Thur and there was 6 cars in line so I decided to go inside. Well a surprise to me there was about 10 people inside waiting at the counter to be taken care of. There was only two people working and the other 3 women were standing there talking about some girls Facebook. While the phone was ringing saying “one pharmacy call” for 10 mins straight. Finally one of the women came over to help check people out. My prescription was called in two hours before I came to pick it up. The women who was checking me out then told me my prescription wasn’t ready. Well maybe it would’ve been ready if you all weren’t standing around talking about something that had nothing to do with work. It was way to busy for that, and for the woman who checked me out needs an attitude adjustment or needs fired. I wasn’t the only person she got an attitude with.

Way understaffed. More than once, was told prescription wasn't ready yet, came back again only to be told they were out of my pills. LaVale's CVS is the exact same way. Customers get jerked around, period.

Just not a good experience. Many mistakes made and the excuse is lack of staff. They had 5 people and I was the only customer in the store

The wait in line is ridiculous for the drive thru. Been in line half hour and still haven't moved
