I rented a unit the other day and paid over $120 for a 10x20 unit in Kenova. I went down there on today and the main gate was unlocked not shut and the unit that I paid for already has a lock on it. We have truck load and a car load of stuff to store and can't. We tried the "Emergency Number" and no one answered or called us back. Poor customer service, no call back from the company nor have the answered there emergency number.
