At CK Tire, They have helped me keep my business on the road. I got a flat tire on my trailer while out mowing and they fixed it fast so that I could get back to work! I am forever thankful!

First off, very PLEASED and HAPPY WIFE.
My husband surprised me and bought me a Mini Cooper Clubman and I love it so much. I had it less than 24 hours and previous work done before we owned it, all be redone.
My husband said to be thorough because I do a lot of driving.
This shop was understanding of my possessive OCD checking on my vehicle.
They got parts and the car in the shop really quickly. I am so very happy I got the pick it up today.
We had expensive repairs because we had expensive things that needed replaced.
The gentleman I spoke to very very understanding and kind. He even waited after hours for us to travel nearly an hour to come pick up my Mini.
We will definitely be returning for service. If I would have seen the man that worked on my car, I would have screamed out "Thank you!"

Idiot drivers in the fast lane doing five under speed limit had traffic backed up for a half-mile or more behind them. Some people don't need a license. Get better drivers

Despite calling ahead and confirming an inspection appointment at 11:00, we were turned away when we arrived and told to come back tomorrow. We have to make many arrangements to do this, and it’s not fair to be bumped like this.

This joke of a mechanic charged me $2,950 for two failed attempts to fix a transmission over the course of 6 months. They gave me the run around on when it was to be repaired. I heard everything from "We had a big job come in and had to fix it" to "We got your Jeep mixed up with another Jeep." They also took my vehicle across state lines to a dealership without my permission to see if someone else could fix it while I was on vacation. The folks at the dealership gave a completely different explanation as to why the transmission went bad, and it was due to a bad rear differential. Then when the dealership could not fix it, they took it back to the original garage and held it ransom until I paid $950 for labor, IN CASH. I had to pay in cash because they did not trust me. I ended up scrapping my Jeep for $2000 at Goldy Auto. I have no idea how these folks are still in business. I hope people realize how terrible the owner is and ends their garage completely before he takes someone else's money.

The reviews speak for themselves they over charged a elderly family member like in the thousands for something that didn't need done. Kept the car for a long time when she called and said she was going to pick it up anyway to take it somewhere else they said they had the car in pieces. She had someone drive by and seen it it wasn't even in the garage it was parked outside not touched. They gave her the run around and charged a ton of money. She took it to another shop they said they didn't even touch it after charging all that money. And by the looks of the reviews she isn't the only one. This isn't just 1 bad experience and we are trying to bash them on google look at all the 1 star reviews it speaks for itself. Thank God she wasn't a poor elderly lady and that was her last bit of money she would have been screwed it still hurt though I'm sure they need to be shut down you can't keep doing this to people. DO not go here I'm sure they don't rip everyone off but do you really want to take that chance don't even chance it. Tons of better shops around here.

Every vehicle I've dropped off here either never got fixed, or I was charged 5x more than what I should have been. Avoid this place.

I dropped my car off for an alignment at 9am. They quoted me $169 by 3.00 pm still hadn't got a call my car was ready. When I went to get it I found out they sent it to Napa auto in Cattlettsburg. I drove there and found out Napa charges $65. When I confronted the manager of Ck Tire he tried to tell me he was being charged $130. So I put him on speaker and ask the Napa manager what he charged for an alignment. When he said $65, Clint was argumentative. Needless to say I paid Napa and Ck Tire got nothing. I don't recommend you use them for anything!!!! ZERO STARS THEY GOT ONE BECAUSE ITS REQUIRED TO POST.
