I really enjoy this place. I have 2 big dogs and they had no problem. I left them here for 9 days. The price was not bad at all. I plan using this place over.

Do not board your dog here. We had been a customer for years, no issues. The latest stay however was terrible for my dog. He got kennel cough from this place. We live in a house with no other dogs, never around others dogs, neighbors do not have dogs. This place tried to say I brought my dog with kennel cough, not a chance. He was perfectly healthy and fine at drop off. He was there for two and a half weeks- never once received a call that he developed a cough, I even called to check on him, never once told to me he had a cough. Instead of notifying me my dog was kept in isolation for two and a half weeks. I was only told he had a cough at pick up and that he had been isolated because of it. If I was notified I would have arranged pick up and treatment. There is no way my dog came here with a cough and the fact that not one employee told me especially when I called to check in is ridiculous. After asking around I heard this is quite common of this place and other dogs have came home with not only kennel cough but also ear infections.

This is the first time and it will be the last time I take them to Grooming Room & Per Suites … for a place that has good reviews 4.7 rating I was disappointed.. how is it that you specialize in Grooming that includes cutting nails and you accidentally cut my dogs nails too short, a unacceptable mistake from a place that has been in business so many years and it was obviously noticeable but they didn’t even bother to mention it to me nor apologized.. I noticed once I brought him home and took him out the car and saw all the blood .. and now they won’t even answer my calls .. I would give them 0 stars if I could ..

Hands down the best place to take your pets for both grooming and boarding. Very professional, great prices, ive had my dogs both boarded and groomed here several times in the last few years. They truly love what they do and my dogs are in safe hands with them every time. I wouldnt trust anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!

We boarded our almost 2yo chocolate lab here for 5 days. On the morning of pickup, they finally informed us that he had stopped eating for two days and was having diarrhea. He was having so much diarrhea he was bleeding from his rectum and he had sores on his mouth and was severely dehydrated. We were told that no one called us because they didn't think it was an emergency that we would need to come back early for... We immediately took him to the vet where he stayed for 3 nights for testing, blood work, IV fluids and antibiotics. Poor communication and care from the grooming room resulted in a $4,300 vet bill and emotional/mental stress for our family and dog.

We took our beloved cat to a daycare for the first time while me and my husband went on vacay for a couple of days.. that turned into a week due to delays and circumstances and the staff here were so accommodating and understanding. Our cat wasnt at all mad at us when we picked him up and looked to be cared for while we were away. 23 a day was well worth it and Im a happy momma, will be taking our baby here again in the future.

This was the worst experience ever. They are NOT good with German shepherds . They ruined our weekend trip. We had to go back and pick up our dogs because they couldn’t handle the dogs even though the dogs had gone there last year. Never again! If you can’t handle dogs, don’t do the business.

Exceptional exceptional boarding and grooming facility!!! We wouldn't go anywhere else and always know Thor is in the best of hands! All of the staff and owner are super friendly and they care for our fur baby as if he were their own and better!!! Love love love the Grooming Room and Pet Suites
