I had a two year-old niece who went here back in 2022 to 2023 the teachers who were watching her I believe their name was Brigette, Corinne. I would always hear fabulous reviews when she came home, it seems like the daycare doesn’t have the proper staff like they did once before. my niece recently asked about them so I figured I’d give them a call to see what’s going on. but they are no longer working there due to improper staff… Also, for the two sitters who was watching my niece thank you so much still to this day. She doesn’t stop talking about you both.❤️

My daughter attended Children First for almost a year in the 2 year old classroom. During that year, she had 5 head teachers in her classroom and multiple assistants coming and going. There would be anywhere from 7-15 children in the classroom. The lack of stability & unable to keep staff is very difficult on a toddler, but in spite of that, any issue my hold had adjusting was because of her & not the environment. My daughter was bitten multiple times, enough to leave marks, but the teachers never saw it happen… My daughter WAS a little behind in terms of development, I had birth to three and therapists come in to assist the teachers & even they have said that it’s the STAFF’s lack of training, not my daughter. Considering it’s called CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, the staff has very little training or certification on actual childhood development. Since she no longer attends, she has had an incredible increase in her language and overall development. Funny how that works. I have received plenty of unprovoked, inappropriate, and non professional comments from staff. Her teacher stated at pickup one day that “my daughter makes both of us [teachers] feel like failures & want to quit our jobs everyday.” Needless to say, after the director stopped taking the teachers word and actually did some observing, she was removed from that room due to “staff personality issues.” …. My daughter and I were informed that we were not allowed to come back after an incident occurring with another child, which is insane considering she’s had literal bite marks from other children and nothing was ever done. They will also continue to take your $630 as payment after you’ve been removed so that it’s extremely hard for you to find anywhere else after losing childcare with no notice! Oh and don’t forget where they randomly raise tuition by 13%! There are some good people here, and they have a strong suit in potty training, but for over $1200 per month, you can find better.

I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Unfortunately, we had to move and cannot even find a place that comes close to here.
In relation to everywhere else we’ve been, the teachers actually care about your children, they stay for a fairly long time, they’re involved, and it’s a great center over all.
They use an app to communicate and are extremely quick with answering. They take pride in making sure your child doesn’t come to school sick and making others sick.
We have absolutely nothing, but good things to say for the time we were there.

I was an employee and parent here my son was in the two year old room and had incidents almost everyday and there trying to cover it up as we had to take him to urgent care for what happened there. Very poor don’t recommend.

We had an incident where our child was picked up by a person that is clearly listed as a restricted person on the emergency contact information. The management insists that they are not to blame even though they are the ones violating their own policies. Angie blatantly lied to me stating that the emergency card had expired(no where is there an expiration date listed) and that she had a court order justifying her actions. No where on my child’s procare profile is there any sort of paperwork listed under the documents tab. Never will i recommend this poorly managed institution.

My daughter (now in 4th grade) claims Mrs Becca in the PreK room threw beads and play doh at her when she went there. That year my child was diagnosed selective mutism, and clearly I see now why. She was secretly being abused there. I would NEVER recommend this place. Since my child left that school she has thrived. Shame on you Mrs Becca. Hope I never run into you. Kids do tell, just know that. She still talks about her to this day.

Children First CDC is an amazing school with fantastic teachers! Seems that a few people have mixed up their schools because there is no Ms. Becca at this location (call and confirm if you want).

My son was enrolled for his Pre-K year here. The staff is kind, communicative, loving and knowledgeable. It’s very clean, welcoming and we loved our time there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality childcare. Ms Brandi and Ms Liz are amazing teachers!

My Children have gone here since they were 2 and 3. The child care providers are wonderful! Ms. Ursella & Ms. Stacey are kind, curtious, patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and most of all genuinely amazing people. I'm so blessed they have been apart of my children's lives. Ms. Ursella was an angel when potty training my son, she even helped him become more vocal (when he started at age 2 he was shy, I knew he could talk and say words he just never needed to at home, oh and would point for things verses sayibg what he wanted) within 3 months he was speaking full sentences and was pouring his own milk at meals! To me this was huge! Stacey has been my daughters favorite for years now, she feels safe and comfortable with her. When something is troubling her she goes right to Stacey who comforts her .. I cant stop saying great things about this center! They all deserve raises! What they do is beyond the typical child care center. They teach our babies to be independent, expressive in a positive way, even to getting them ready for PreK and Kindergarten!! They ARE HANDS DOWN THE BESTT!!
