I understand that the bigger hardware franchise might save you a couple of dollars, but, for me, at least, those few dollars are worth spending for welcoming attitude one receives when you enter a small town hardware store. I truly feel that the employees working on the day I visited, (literally the first time in my life) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and as I left I felt the appreciation given for my, hard earned, money I spent. Thank you for that!”

“I went to do laundry there this past Sunday….. left there went home and on Tuesday when I began looking for specific pair of pants realized I didn’t get all my clothes out of the washer.. contacted the owner and she found my clothes still in the washer. She washed them again so they didn’t smell stale and offered to dry them…. Needless to say I was first impressed my clothes were still there and just as impressed with the great care she took of my clothes as she did not have to do that at all. SMALL TOWN GREATNESS THERE! THANKS BUNCHES”
