No real issues, but why the hell is the pharmacy closed on weekends? This makes no sense to me. I understand being understaffed, but with other pharmacies open on weekends, this choice makes no sense at all.The poor pharmacists looks so very tired all the time.

I'm not sure where my origin review went, BUT the fact remains that this is a very underperforming pharmacy and the staff member I spoke to on a phone wasn't helpful. She was condescending and rude. They can't even properly ship a prescription and they have no resolutions available when it comes to correcting their mistakes!

USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! My doctor filled a prescription for me here. The hours are terrible, so I needed to to leave work early. I made sure to call the day before, to make sure the medication was filled and ready to be picked up. I told the girl on the phone that I’d be there the next day to pick it up, she said ok. The next day I leave work early, get stuck in traffic, but still manage to make it on time before they close and find out that they’re closed for the day! This is an important antibiotic to treat an infection, which left untreated can affect my unborn child. I’ve already called my doctor to switch pharmacies. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This review is based on pharmacy hours of operation. Closed on Saturday and Sunday, now temporarily closed this week 3 days. How can people manage their prescriptions with out going miles away. I am sorry I just realized guess change over to CVS.

What kind of a pharmacy is closed on weekends?

It's always clean and neat, the staff has always been pleasant to me. The big problem, and it is a huge problem, is their pharmacy hours. 9 am till 5:30 pm Monday through Friday? Seriously? No way to compromise, maybe an hour earlier or an hour later some weekdays, maybe a few hours on the weekend? Let's face it, we're picking up meds, not doing a random shopping trip for things that cost less elsewhere. I will be switching pharmacies, because these hours don't work for me, I work.

It is amazing how they open at 9 and close at 5:30, and closed on weekends. If you are released from hospital late on a Friday, you WILL NOT be able to get medication until Monday. And of course, whoever getting it for you, must take time off from work to get there while they're open. Removing them from my list and switching to CVS.

They're horrible, slow, incompetent, lack luster, and so on. In my experience they don't communicate with physicians well or the patient for that matter. Like most things in the health industry unfortunately they suck.

Just transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy for the following reasons:1. Takes almost a week to refill a prescription that I've been getting there for the past few years2. App always showing an issue with insurance. It turns out, they were too lazy to process my secondary (tricare) insurance. We call the pharmacy and it miraculously gets processed3. Now closed on weekendsThey say they're understaffed and I can understand to a point, but there's no excuse for downright laziness and lack of customer service of any degree. The pharmacist at the place I transferred to was hung up on when they were doing the transfer. Not very professional either. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Called the pharmacy to see if they had an otc medication for my very sick 4yr old before I made the trip there. The associate went on a rant that there was a line of people he needed to help while I understand things are awful right now as I’ve been in this position @ my place of employment you don’t tell someone they can make a trip there to see if you have it in stock after sitting on hold for quite some time and I don’t need to be dragging my sick kid around searching pharmacies stock when It literally takes a minute for an employee to look! This ultimately takes the cake as I had her prescription sent there Sunday and when trying to pick it up the entire pharmacy was closed as it is all weekend so we had to wait to have it transferred elsewhere. Walgreens will not recieve anymore of my business!

Ever since Rite Aid became Walgreens in Inwood wv i have had nothing but problems with them. I have to keep my receipts every month, month after month because they tell me its to soon, i don't have refills, no prescription was called in. It gets tiring having to do their jobs. Every month I go through this. Today I called early to get a prescription refilled and was told there was none, right before they closed i called again and the man said yes I did but now it is to late! Something has got to be done!!! Went to get a prescription 15 minutes before they closed finally got taken care of 6:15 and they tried changing me 126.00 for a 40.00 prescription. If that was a elderly person they would not have known better. Again I had to do their job for them!

Absolute worst customer service - I cannot come into the store due to my health, and need to pick up prescriptions through the drive through. Despite me having done it before, they refused to use my GoodRx coupons and said I had to come inside. And the pharmacist/technician was the unnecessarily rude about it. Awful, awful service. I’ve used Walgreens for years with no issue until I moved to this area, and this location is abysmal. Changing my prescriptions to the CVS across the street.
