Blown away by the kindness of the manager and staff. Company that shipped my mail messed up the address, so it was not delivered. I showed up to the post office to try and pick it up as it was very important to get today. The manager went out of her way at 4PM to meet the carrier to go get my package. Any other usps would have told me to F off. Thanks so much for the act of kindness ❤️

The guy who wears glasses (Not Mentioning Any Names) is a very ignorant and sarcastic individual. I'd suggest making the trip to another post office to mail out your packages. Very unpleasant experience. Just because your using a pleasant disposition doesn't mean your not being hateful.

Every time I need to mail something I drive from Martinsburg down to Inwood because I've had nothing but positive experiences working with this post office. The waits are never bad, and the workers are always professional. Thank you guys for always being more than willing to assist!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they lose my daughters birthday invitations 2 years ago but THEY LOST MY WEDDING INVITATIONS that were mailed out in MAY!! My wedding is 2 months away. All my time and money just “lost” in the mail. The answer I got. “Sorry there is nothing that we can do” I even asked if I could call someone and the answer was “no”

Service within the on-site Post Office at Inwood has always been great. But delivery of items through the rest of the system is poor even before COVID-19. Still have no delivery of a Priority Mail (Insured) package 11 days later from WV to MS. Ridiculous!

Overall I’m satisfied. However, when packages are sent via the UPS post office method nothing gets delivered on time. UPS drops the package at the post office. Instead of delivering it, they send it to Harrisburg, Baltimore, Hagerstown, then back to Inwood for delivery. This adds an entire week to delivery. Mire than once my package has sat in Harrisburg for an extended period until I file a lost package complaint.

A 1 pound package with $100+ worth of Christmas presents says it has been delivered for over a week at the Inwood, WV post office. Yet when you ask anyone in the office where the package is, they blame your other family members instead of their incompetence. They also won't bother looking.
