Love all the people working at Rays. The environment is great and you feel welcomed. They have a great selection of handguns and rifles, suppressors as well. I much prefer smaller shops to huge ones. There are few gun shops around here and the largest one is typically just wanting to open your wallet right away or just get the hell out. Dont hesitate to go here for what you need, they'll answer all your questions.

I was in the market for a Sig P365. I decided to come check out this gun store because I've been visiting the various shops in the area, and I had not made my way to this one yet. The man behind the counter was very helpful and showcased the variations of P365 models while answering my questions. I left with a new pistol with case and two 10-Round magazines as well as some 12-Round magazines and a little less than 200 each 9mm. The lady behind the counter was really weird when I asked for a photocopy of the transactions to keep for my records. I have no idea why it would be bad for me to have a copy of my transactions for my records? The paper and the ink would cost all of $1 to produce a copy which I would gladly pay. As a responsible firearms owner, I like to keep all documents of everything I do that's related to firearms. One star gone for that weirdness, but all-in-all it was pretty good.

Lady at the counter is a straight Capital D. Went there to do finger prints for a Silencer and it was such a hassle for them to let me do so. Not the most intelligent people whenIt comes to anything other than your muzzle loaders and typical destuite handguns and rifles. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want your A chewed for asking the most simple questions. Didn’t expect much from them but it is at the end of the day your typical WV gun dealer.

Non-existent customer service. Instead of owing up to their mistake, they lied and attempted to gaslight me. I was a loyal customer for years, have spent upwards of $4k there, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Just visited from MD, Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of products. I purchased 3 Sig magazines for about $6-7 under retail cost!! Couldn't be happier!

I don't think zero stars is an option on here, oh well. Here's the thing, if you're selling skinny jeans and blue hair dye to confused androgynous tweens then by all means throw in the mask requirement for the full virtue signaling. However, if your business is to sell guns to true Americans, know your customer base, I saw the signs on the door and turned right around and left. I'll give my money to the boys down at Valley Guns II, they don't allow masks, and are therefore the recipients of every cent from my medium hefty gun budget. Thank you and good day Raymond.
