Five stars for customer service! As a school teacher and techco, I bought some headphones that had an issue. KMG Computers quickly and kindly fixed the problem, even at a loss, to demonstrate good faith and great business practices. When the going got tough, I could count on KMG Computers. Before I knew it, everything was right. May their business prosper with e-recycling and all services. "Quality service in a prompt manner" is true... I give you an A+ too!

I guess I'll be the first to downgrade this business. Brought a laptop in because it wasn't charging, they diagnosed issue and wouldn't work on it unless I prepaid for a $20 part on a $700 laptop. Needless to say they lost my business. Since I had to make two trips just decided to take it somewhere else. All this over a $20 part. ** I wanted to follow up as the owner contacted me a few times. They feel poor customer service does not warrant a negative review. He proceeded to criticize my Yelp reviews for other merchants and I had to tell him to stop contacting me.

My experience with KMG Computers was awesome! I highly recommend going to KMG Computers for any issues you may have. They are very professional, and their customer service is fantastic. I appreciate all the work KMG did to get my PC back up and running.

I purchased 2 iPads from KMG Computers and I couldn’t be more happy! He was amazing to work with and quickly identified my needs based on what I was looking for. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning in the future for any electronic needs!

Took my computer in because I tried to install ram myself, and then everything stopped working! Took it to them on a Friday and got it back in less than 24 hours working wonderfully! I can not recommend them enough!

where do i even start how amazing and helpful this guy is I purchased a 1TB SSD card from him that he had posted on the Facebook marketplace and man was he fast on shipping and great priced not only that after i get everything installed, I couldn't figure out how to get the drive partitioned and initialized and I reached out to him and he got on team viewer and handled business and did it for me awesome guy her take it from me he's all you need when it comes to computers. BIG THANK YOU again from me

Had a HDMI port repair done. lasted 3-4 months before becoming loose again. The store forced me to pay shipping to have it fixed a second time, ok whatever. 8 months later my hdmi port is completely out again. Mind you my hdmi never gets unplugged and it started with a flicker on the tv and then when i turned the console on today there was no signal. KMG you have good customer service but Your outsourced repair people obviously dont know what they are doing. I guess i'll be attempting the repair myself because I dont really want to give them $40 more dollars for "shipping" just to have them perform a botched job for the 3rd time in a row..
