If I can rate it a ZERO I would.I walked in to have color, highlights and a haircut. What I got was nothing of what I asked for.The stylist was new (I didn't know) I showed a picture of the haircut, the color and highlight I wanted. By the time I was done. My hair was cut super short and didn't have any style to it. My gray hair was not covered at all, my hair was damaged. I was asked to not pay and come back for the owner's daughter to fix it. When I showed up i was told that both of the owners were not coming in and for them to help me fix there mistake I have to pay upfront for the service I received (fix my cut which was not fixed and cover my gray) the owner didn't care at all.This is not professional at all. I will never go back and definitely NOT recommend anyone to go there.I will be taking this matter to the next level of complaint.

I give credit where credit is due! I had a hairstylist who wasnt sure or quite comfortable doing an ombre effect, so she kindly told me this, and handed me over to another stylist! I give her props for courage, instead of attempting to do it, and then myself not liking. The other stylist did an amazing job, I love the way my hair looks. They were definitely busy so appointment is a must.

I have been going to this place for years to take my granddaughter to get her haircut. I normally am happy with her cut, but not today. I told the stylist I need to be able to put her hair up for gymnastics but she cut it up to her shoulders and chopped it up with some kind of layers and it’s very uneven. I will NEVER take her or anyone else there again.Service: Hairstyling

First haircut here and it was with Faith. She showed great attention to detail and did not rush my haircut. She definitely could tell how my grows out and the cut turned out great! Highly recommend her and I will be returning in a few weeks ?? Thanks!

Ariel was the stylist. Best haircut I’ve gotten since moving here a year ago. I’ve tried like 15 places and I finally found the place I’ll return to! Highly Recommend!

Extremely disappointed. I was told one price and charged another. When I called it was “oh Faith is new”. Best part? I have to have my eye brows redone because she put wax around them, but did not follow the shape I have so she removed next to nothing. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!Services: Eyebrow shaping

This place is absolutely horrible. Don’t let these so-called stylists anywhere near your hair when it comes to color. My daughter was supposed to have platinum blonde highlights but you couldn’t even see the highlights after the “job” was done. I wanted a dark brown base with copper highlights and the stylist, Jessie, turned my whole head an ugly brassy orange. I had to pay another stylist to fix my hair. They offered to fix it for free but I didn’t want them trashing my hair any further. I can’t believe this place is still in business with the horrendous reviews they have. Save yourself some time and money and do not ever go here. Illusions is, by far, the most terrible salon I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Also, extremely overpriced for the garbage work they do.Services: Haircut

3 stars because Jessi and Martha are great.I had an appointment a few weeks ago with a barber in which I waited 30 minutes to be seen. I understand people run behind, but I wish I had been called. I live 5 minutes away and I’m busy, too.I gave him another chance but again, waited 30 minutes after my reserved time to be seen but decided this time to leave.Everyone was kind and understanding, but I wish that if you’re going to be running that late, a courtesy call would have been nice. There are plenty of people not seeing clients that could have noticed me just sitting there or could have called me to let me know he was running behind. There was zero communication.I really liked this place but now I can’t trust that my time will be valued.
