What was wrong with the old Food Lion? This one I feel like a criminal when using the self checkout lines, eyes always watching. Not that I'd steal a 4 pack of Guinness or anything, just feel like a "suspect" instead of a valued client.

I had a really great experience a Food Lion today. Last night I went shopping, but when I got home, a couple of the items I had purchased were missing. I assumed I left them at the store, so today I went in to investigate. I spoke with the lady at customer service, and after showing her the receipt, she let me go and grab the items I had lost. Since losing the food was almost certainly my fault, and since the items I lost were the most expensive charges of the order, I was not expecting Food Lion to replace the items.
It was a really nice gesture of trust that I really, really appreciate. Inwood Food Lion will now be my go to grocery store.

Twice in a week I bought hamburger nice and red and the next day it was brown and stunk! Please be careful what meats you are buying from FOOD LION in Inwood WV

Really nice people! The Meat department was very helpful.
I had a couple issues and they corrected it immediately!
No questions asked, more just concerns. The chicken I chose happened to be spoiled, and it happens nobody's perfect! But the replacement was delicious! I'm checking out beef today at this location as my other local grocers now SUCK!

I love the new Foodlion, but im trying to remember where things are at.. It's different , has for manager special on meat, I got a pack of organic pork ribs, thetmy was bad, had a bad smell to it, had to throw it away.. ?

I would like to personally thank the managers at Food Lion for reviewing their security videos and trying to help me find my wallet hopefully the one from the parking lot will show something and I'll at least be able to know something about it's whereabouts thank you both for your efforts
