*** BAD REVIEW*** (READ IF YOUR SEEING THIS) I just want to leave a honest review , I came in about 2 weeks ago with a 2018 ford fusion hybrid sedan . I came in because I had a loud whirring noise coming from my back tires and I’m no expert on cars but I had my uncle who I can say has had a car or 2 and he told me it was 100% a wheel bearing so I took it here to have them fix it and long story short I was there for 3 hours people came in after me and left before me they told me I need new rotors and breaks that my bearings did not need replacing (they didn’t even take it for a drive to hear the sound) they charged me 275$ for 2 rotors and 2 break pads …. As soon as I left the loud whirring noise was still coming from the back tires … I work long hours and I just didn’t have the time or energy to go back and say anything so I’m leaving this review … I went to another shop in Winchester Virginia they took it for a drive and instantly said it was my back driver side bearing , they took 1 hour to fix it and when I left the sound was gone . Please do not be taken advantage by these people ! And owner if your seeing this , get the portly fellow to pick his pants up off the floor!

Shop is right by my house. I had my fuel line rot and fuel filter need replaced. Needed an oil change and had a nail in my tire. They got me in right away and fixed the problem, I'll be coming back in the future no doubt. The prices are fair and everyone was very friendly. Thanks SO MUCH

I usually don’t get on Google and leave bad reviews for any company, even if I have a bad experience, but this had to be enlightened. The shop told me I needed a front alignment which I did after leaving there. My alignment was worse than it was when I brought it in. I didn’t come back to tell the mechanic that it was not right. He tells me that I needed struts, which was not the case they tried to get more money out of me for something that should’ve been a simple fix to the shop that I ever encountered in my life. I just wanted an alignment and I ended up getting a very very bad experience which made me late for a very important work meeting , they never fix the problem only made it worse. They only told me that I needed more work, which would be more money more time that I did not have do not ever use this shop. If you’re in the Inwood area they are not professional not knowledgeable and I would not recommend this shop to anyone , it needs to be closed down immediately.!!!!

Really nice guy Got me In-N-Out in less than 30 minutes. not from around here and I really need a tire changed. Everything else was closed on a Saturday and this guy was my hero. thank you brother and God bless.

Fast service! We were in and out in under 20mins it seemed. Needed a tire and mount and helped quickly and at a great price! And the best part was they were open Sunday which is extremely helpful givin my husband works Mon-Sat.. I will highly recommend them and will use them again when we need tires.

I would never recommend these people to anybody. Think twice before you have any vehicle work done especially brakes. Took my vehicle a 2015 Nissan pathfinder in today, June 26, 2024 at 8 AM. Was called around 1:30 to pick it up that it was ready so we went and got it. Guess what I had no breaks. I could have been killed. I could not stop the vehicle. The break peddle went clear to the floor. Took it back over and Was told that’s the way it should be with new breaks and calipers on the back wheels. I was like so you’re telling me its supposed to have no breaks. I said no something is wrong. You will fix it. They put it back up on the lift and the owner of the shop realized after looking at it that his mechanics messed up the job big time. They had the calipers on upside down!!!!! Thank God it didn’t end badly because it very well could have….. We were not offered any type of refund or partial refund from the payment of almost $600 for the inconvenience and the experience of driving and not having breaks. ( one I will never forget )It was a terrible experience. I guess they figured no one was hurt so you’re not entitled to any type of a sorry for the mess up. Not even a verbal I’m sorry for the mess up. So please do not, do not take your vehicles there for any major work. They do not know what they’re doing…….

I got a price on a new tire close to closing time they said $139 out the door. I said I will be back tomorrow went back the next day gave me the bill $177 for the exact same Tire. I said the guy told me yesterday $139 out the door he tore up the ticket wrote it for 139 plus $12 tax!

DO NOT take your vehicles to Fast And Friendly Auto Repair And Towing Service LLC off of Middleway Pike in Inwood, WV. I took my SUV there on 3/29 to have all four tires changed. After they were finished and I had paid them, I went to pull out on route 51 (middleway pike) and my left rear tire fell off my car while driving, almost causing a multi-vehicle accident. To me, this screams NEGLIGENCE and is entirely unacceptable. Someone could have been seriously injured. They had no explanation as to why my tire fell off the car; my guess is that they failed to tighten the lug nuts properly but they would not take accountability and refused to acknowledge that possibility. They offered me no compensation, instead just repeatedly stating "well, what matters is that you weren't hurt, your car is okay, and you didn't hurt anyone else". if I could give zero stars, I would.
I reported the business to BBB and the owner’s super unprofessional response, refusing to take accountability and instead accusing me of “setting him up”, is pictured below.
