Recently purchased a 2014 Ram from Darrell. He did an outstanding job of getting extra pictures of the truck and making multiple deal sheets to satisfy my picky credit union. His knowledge of the Ram trucks was a great help in making my decision and it paid off. I had an issue shortly after the purchase and Darrell did a lot of leg work getting me information on warranty and any service work that could be done or was done. I live almost 5 hours away and Walker Ram was going to make sure anything I needed had at least some warranty. IT WAS A USED TRUCK!!! They didn't have to do anything. As it turns out the issue is covered under a factory warranty! Buy from Darrell.

Service department is crooked. They tried charging me $1200 to replace the clips in my window. Took it to another place and had it fixed for $90. Been using the window for a couple months now with no issues.

I bought a Jeep in December and it has been nothing but an expensive headache! I understand that I bought an older Jeep but I was not expecting the Jeep to be sold to me with not one but TWO safety recalls. My Jeep kept stalling out on the side of the road, one time I had a tow bill on it because I couldn’t get it started again. The spotlights are not hooked up. The ABS lights on the dash are bad and need replaced. Now I’m trying to get my tires rotated and a simple oil change and it was sold to me without the lug nut key!!!!! I have no way to get the tires off! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Walker CDJR Service Department has always treated me as a valued customer. Tyler is always ready to help and to answer any questions or find the answer if needed. I would not trust my RAM with anyone else in the valley. Walker CDJR Service and Tyler go the extra step to make sure of 100% customer satisfaction. Outstanding.

In my opinion Walker is the best CDJR dealer in the Charleston/Huntington area in both sales and service. Also the service staff and billing are excellent. The waiting area is large with complimentary water,coffee and snacks. Large service entry area is convenient

Absolutely horrific place to purchase a car!! I bought my 2018 Honda accord used in 2021with 57,000 miles. I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Thank god i got the extended warranty. I live over an hour away and have taken it to a different dealership to get some minor things worked on. A few months ago my car started acting up and eventually broke down. I had it transferred to walker to get fixed under warranty because they said that was the only place I could take it, although I’ve taken it to another dealership before. I called several times throughout the week and was transferred to service. It took forever to get someone to answer, if they did. They kept saying they would call me back but only did once or twice. Come to find out my 2018 Honda blew a head gasket. They give me a jeep cherokee to drive while my car is getting worked on, and there was a hole in the tire causing me to refill it every week. The oil needed changed desperately. Long story short, 3 months go by and I finally get my car back. When I got it back, it sounded like a diesel but still drove fine. I sadly didn’t notice it when I went to pick it up at the sales dept on a Saturday. If I would’ve, I would’ve told them to keep it and find out what the sound was because it did not sound right. I took it to the dealership close to home to check to see what’s wrong with it AGAIN. There ended up being too much oil in my car!! Problems with the valve cover gasket, needed a valve adjustment, and to reseal the timing chain cover. They said they couldn’t find exactly what walker’s service department did wrong unless it’s taken apart.. again! Thank god for my warranty because if not I would’ve had to pay $5500 for a job they didn’t do correctly. I now have to take it back up to hurricane for my warranty to cover THIS screw up that they did, if not it’ll be $1200 to fix at another dealership. I would never advise anyone to purchase their car from this place. Very unorganized and careless. Talk about a total scam.

I surfed the Internet and drove through dealership lots for months pondering what new vehicle I might purchase. Short version: I drove around the Walker Dealership for the first time. A sales agent approached my window and asked with a smile if he could show me around. A few hours later I traded in my 2003 truck for a brand new 2023 Jeep Renegade and drove off the lot happy as a teenager. After about three weeks driving this vehicle on mountains, city streets and open highway I love it. Perfect match for my wife and me. We're in our 70's and we don't do rocky creek beds like young folks but the Renegade is a genuine 4x4. Loaded with premium electronics and roomy. The sales staff and the whole buying process was great. The trade in credit was great.

I recently came here on September 10th to see what trucks they had in stock. I was looking for a full size with the 19 speaker Harman kardon sound system. The salesman, Artis Johnson, came out and greeted me. He was very courteous and professional. We test drove a couple of trucks, and I decided on one. The sales manager, Jason, was easy to work with, and we negotiated a deal. I even ordered some original Mopar accessories and had them installed at the dealership. I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend giving them a look. Ask for Artis Johnson!
