Received info for certified letter. I was at home but they just put a green paper in box Why did they not let me sign for it

The two “Gentleman” that work the counter are beyond arrogant. Tattooed guy has no patience with the elderly, and hateful with every customer.
It seems they forget we are their customers , and help pay their salaries with each transaction. They need reprimanded.

Our family went to the Hurricane, WV Post Office today for Passports. Lisa was fantastic!!!!! Very professional and great service!!!!!
