700 Liberty Park Dr, Hurricane“Took my car into service dept for a no start/no crank issue after I had personally worked to resolve it. Also had a check engine light with a code evident once it did start. Service advisor Steve told me it would be couple three days before they could look at it. Once I did hear from them, Steve said they cleared the light/code with the computer and told me it was a code stored from some time back and not a current issue. In relation to my no start/no crank issue, they said that it was a ground issue that I must had fixed in MY working on it. So, Steve said that car was ok to go and that I could come and get it. I asked him what the charge was, Steve said I owed them nothing because the didn't repair anything other than clearing a code. Wow!! Very surprising to hear this in today's world. I thanked Steve for his honesty!! Midway Ford had access to a "blank check" from me and had every opportunity to take advantage of me, but instead they chose the honest road and for that I am very thankful. I assured him that if/when I had another problem, they have earned the right to my business. Thank you Service Writer Steve!”
