Great experience!! My stylist was super nice and talkative during our appointment. She also gave me exactly what I asked for and I’m super happy with the result. Also the price was great, way more affordable than my usual salon

The lady that cut my hair was nice. She also waxed my eyebrows.
Hair washing was not included in the price of a hair cut. That might be their business practice, I thought it was weird. I left with wet hair, she sprayed it down to cut it.
There were 2 stylists in there at 1:30, Friday. Several people came in and were turned away. The stylists said, "There will be 5 stylists here tomorrow."

The lady was a nice person but the cut she did on my beard was horrible. She did a quick job & didn't line up the sides right & left a bunch of hair behind my ears. That is by far the worst place I've had my hair cut at yet

I asked her to trim the ends, about 1/2 inch. She didn't even wet my hair down. I had to ask her if she trimmed the sides because she only did the very back. There was barely any hair on the floor afterwards. And the drape she placed on me was covered with someone else's hair.
If I go back, I will use a different stylist.
*** UPDATE 6/8/2024*** I went back today and had a haircut done by Amy. She is phenomenal. I will definitely continue making appointments with her!

The stylist was nice and helpful on determining the correct color highlight wanted (from a picture). The problem was that she was unable to provide uninterrupted service as she was the only employee from 4:30 to 6 pm. Because of this, my highlights are extremely blonde underneath but very dull in the back. My cut was nothing like the picture. The styling was unfinished as it was still wet with sticky product scrunched throughout hair. The eyebrow waxing was the worst. They were thick and uneven. They looked untouched. Days later I found my shirt had been bleached because a towel was not placed between it and the cape as a barrier. Overall, highlights look decent; cut needs corrected to match picture (found long pieces); and completely unsatisfied with eyebrows.
