The staff don't seem to care if you give them your business . I was there for 15 minutes and decided I don't want to spend my money there.

Disappointed for this to be the only 4x4 shop practically in the area.

lift installed only to find a bolt in backwards thus bending the bump stop terribly. high price paid for a job not done properly!

I had two vehicles lifted with this company within 3 months apart and both have had issues. One, had a major electrical issue that I had to have fixed by a dealership and I had a loose bolt and nut popping and they couldn't seem to find it. Luckily I found it myself after 5 months. (Rear sway bar end link) The second, everything was fine until I took it back for the 500 mile torque. They tightened something on the front suspension and caused the steering to lock up and death wobble. We are another $1,500 invested trying to fix and haven't got there yet. Possibly another $2,000. When said and done $7,000 to Mountaineer 4x4 and another $4,000 to have everything corrected. Its been over a year........
