My daughter had a recall. They told her they would not fix it unless she paid $500 + labor. It was a ford issued recall! They are nothing but crooks! There service department should be ashamed of themselves! Especially the people that quote unquote run it!

One of the best places to go for customer service to have your car worked on parts department inter absolutely the nicest people. The secretaries are so sweet. Salesman will help you in any way and every way they possibly can

Take your vehicle in for a recall get it back and nothing inside on the dash works. Refused to make the repairs that they caused. Horrible service, do not recommend.

****BEWARE**** Do not use this service dept. they will lie to your face, they will give you charge you for things they did not do. I know this first hand experience. called the dealer, left message, sent email, no reply to any of it. obviously the dealer does not care. this is how car dealerships get a bad name, by doing business like this

Pains me to say that this has got to be the worst Service department in North America. I have owned a bunch of Ford Super Duties and these people are incredibly unqualified to deal with the public, and certainly not to work on an everyday driver. just sad to see a dealer allow this to happen.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE, DON'T COME HERE!!! MY VERY VALUED, FAMILY OWNED SENSE NEW, ANTIQUE FORD CREW CAB DIESEL'S MOTOR WAS DESTROYED BY INJECITING EITHER INTO MY ENGINE! WHEN IT WAS ONLY WAS BROUGHT IN TO HAVE THE CAM SENSOR OR INJECTION COMPUTER REPLACED (AND THEY WERE TOLD OF THIS)! NOTHING PERTAINING TO ANYTHING MECHANICAL, ONLY ELECTRICAL. RETURNED TO ME: NOT STARTING, SMOKING, SURGING, AND NO POWER! 2 OF MY CYLINDERS ARE COMPLETELY DESTROYED, 90 PSI BELOW SPEC, THE REST ARE 15-35 PSI BELOW FACTORY SPEC. NO PROBLEMS PRIOR TO SERVICE AT MIDWAY, OTHER THAN MY MOTOR JUST TURNED OFF, IT RAN PERFECTLY. BUT IN THE 7.3L FIELD THATS JUST SOMETHING THAT DOES HAPPEN WITH THE ELECTRONICS. JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS TO TEST THESE TWO ELECTRONICS. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SAFE AT A DEALER, BUT I SURE WAS WRONG!!!!! THIS DEALERSHIP WILL DESTROY A $11,000 MOTOR AND DENY THEY EVER DID IT JUST TO SAVE FACE!!! AND PLAYING LIKE IM MAKING ALL THIS UP!!!!! WON'T EVEN GIVE ME THE PAPER WORK ON THE COMPRESSION RESULTS OR THE WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK!!!! IF YOU WANT A DIRTY COVER UP COME HERE! YOU WILL HAVE TO GET POLICE TO RETRIEVE YOUR VEHICLE AFTER 3 MONTHS WITH A WRECKER IN PIECES!!!

If I could give it a negative star I would. I have the extended warranty on my vehicle and in November I dropped it off to get fixed. I get there was a part back ordered and couldn't do anything about that. It sat for almost 3 months. My problem is My husband took my Vehicle in on a Monday and They said they would look at it on Wednesday. Ok took it back on Wednesday and it was the wheel bearing. Was told they could get the part and and have it fixed Thursday. My husband told them we were going out of town and wouldn't be back until Sunday and he would pick it up Monday. Go to pick it up on Monday and it wasn't finished. The service desk said well the guy went on vacation on Friday. You had my vehicle since Wednesday and you said it would be done on Thursday. That's what happened last time too. The worker went on vacation for a week. I'm so tired of this place. I will never take my vehicle back there. It doesn't take that long to change a wheel bearing. My husband had it over there by 8am and you called at 10:37am to tell me my vehicle was finished. It's so ridiculous ? ?. Why wasn't the vehicle done while it sat there for 3 days? Management better get it together and do something.

Made an appointment online, said to be there at 3pm. I get there a little earlier to drop my truck off, and the guy said I didn't have an appointment. After I was told this, I didn't mind waiting a day or two, but was then told it would be almost 2 and a half weeks until my truck could be looked at. Midway has lost a customer, if you can't guarantee my appointment time, that was made in advance, then I'd rather not deal with you at all.

I took my truck in for service as it had a misfire on cylinder 6. Turns out, it had a bad cylinder and had been elongated. The engine needed to be replaced. It took some time to get an engine due to practically everything being delayed or out of stock currently. When the engine finally arrived, the service team had the engine installed quickly and at a fair price. This entire crew from administration, sales and service departments were awesome! The work performed was fantastic and I'll be back in the future for service work and to purchase another vehicle when it is time!

The service department hasn’t fixed the problem after multiple attempts and thousands of dollars. The service manager is a pompous p**** that will tell you all the reasons you are being unreasonable. Do not take any vehicle here ever, they truly suck.
