Excellent , professional, friendly service. Reasonable rates. Towed a truck and trailer after office hours, gave me a lift to a hotel that was on his way. The value added service is much appreciated, will use again without hesitation if the need should arise.

2/12 our truck got stuck on the side of the road, while recovering the truck, there appeared some minor damages on the truck.
Manager of Hurricane Wrecker reached me back about this situation, he got all that resolved in a blink of a second.
Appreciate for being honest towing service, if you take care of all customers like you took care of our situation - I wish you all the best.

We would like to thank Marvin from Hurricane Wrecker for his great service, expertise and friendliness. Our car broke down along Highway 35 in WV, nowhere close to a town or an exit. Marvin found our location, loaded up the car for a tow on a very busy highway and then delivered the car to a dealership in Charleston, WV. He maneuvered that big truck with such care and experience. He also dropped us at a hotel so we didn't have to walk across several busy roads with our luggage. All the while he was a friendly, calming presence during a stressful time. We highly recommend Hurricane Wrecker and Marvin.

Cant recommend these guys enough. We ran out of gas on the highway were stranded in 34 degree weather. Billy came out to us with some emergency fuel and the car still didn’t start. So he stayed with us and troubleshot the problem and was able to get us back on the road safely and followed us to the gas station to make sure we were okay. Again, Billy was amazing and I can’t thank him and this company enough.

This place is the best, my car was impounded for some minor issues. While at the tow yard the window was accidentally cracked. Not only were they honest about the mishap when I brought it to their attention, JASON the manager said that he would order me another window and have it installed. He was the best he actually came out to my house and installed the window which wasn't easy or cheap and he did a great job. In this day in age all they had to do was at it was like that already and just moved on to the next person but the fact of how Jason was honest and true to his word was great and yeah my car was impounded over some silly stuff and he could've said piss off to me but instead did the right thing says alot about his character. GOOD JOB HURRICANE WRECKER AND JASON! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST
