Omg BY FAR BEST phone with experience I've ever had. Under new management, they have really cleaned that store up and turned it around! Ella is super sweet and is very helpful! The worst retail experience I’ve ever had on either side of the counter after telling them I did not wish to deal with them and that I was only waiting on my wife to complete her transaction. I was told to leave the store for being rude when I asked the girls name that was telling me to leave she would not give it, when I told her that I would not leave she said she would call the manager so I said that would be great. Not trying to be a Kevin I’ve never had this experience before she calls when he answers he just says get out of the store or I’ll call the cops no ask for a explanation no what’s going on no nothing just get out the girl that was originally helping me was very nice. The girl that caused all the trouble had came in from another store and was on the phone until she got there telling the girl that I was dealing with what to do and was so rude just over the phone the person before me even said something about it. They have a problem at this store and I am not the only one that has had a bad experience there because the lady before me had a bad experience there so I know their are probably others. Don’t know who the owner or the manager is as nobody would tell me their name if this is a corporate company, they have a problem.

Absolutely love the service and phones especially if you got a HUGE family like I do, go to savanna in teays valley she's absolutely amazing and will hook you right up!!!! Very pleased and very happy kiddos lol get on down and check out there prices, befor switching to cricket I was paying 600 a month for 4 phones now I'm paying about 230 a month for 8 phones !

I purchased 2 new A14's for my wife and I. We didn't like them so 2 days later we tried to return them. But the store had shut down PERMANENTLY the day after I got them. I had to drive 15 minutes farther out to the recommended store. Their computers were down and we waited 20 minutes and decided to try another store. 22 minutes later, we arrived at the hurricane store. They said only one phone showed up in the computers, although both were on the receipt, but they couldn't give us a refund because the transaction wouldn't go through. So we decided to keep these, and the young man even programmed them for us. So, an hour and a half later, we finally headed home after 3 hours and 57 miles on top of 2 phones we don't really care for! I've been with cricket for 5+ years, but I don't believe I'll continue with them when these phones are ready for replacement!

Bought a new phone today. Was told from the Rt 60 location I couldn’t I went and saw savana and she was able to get me in a new moto g 2023 she was polite nice very knowledgeable and even made my phone pink. Got me in a case and screen as well And just over all an amazing experience. I will be back. I will make the hour trip to just deal with this store

Sold us a phone saying a customer traded it in. One would think it was a refurbished Cricket phone. Turns out the phone wouldn’t work, they sold it for a customer, took the change out of the store register Didn’t give us a receipt. Very shady dealings. When reported Cricket said they would make it right but haven’t to date. . I’m about ready to change phone companies since I only want to deal with ethical people Beware. Plus the blow up display out front was blowing everywhere because they didn’t fasten it down properly.

Sold me a used phone a d said nothing was wrong with it. I couldn't get on multiple apps without it crashing. On Cricket property. Made me pay cash. Loss prevention won't even return my calls. Had to buy another phone.

I’ve had cricket for many years and suggest the phone service. However I do not suggest this location. The associates were not very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of incorrect information. They gave me and charged me for the wrong phone,it didn’t have the right amount of storage. When I went in the next day to fix it she wouldn’t even look at my receipt and told me there was nothing she could do. I felt lied to and as if she did not care about my problems. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Especially when I drove an extra hour each way two trips. Didn’t even get an apology. I was told the new guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He was nice but I guess inexperienced. The lady I spoke to the next day was rude to me and the way she talked about the other Associate.
