If I could give zero I would. Last night was no different than other times. Standing in line for over ten minutes while employees appear to dither. Total lack of communication skills and customer service. All they would need to do is acknowledge people standing in line and just say something, anything but just make an attempt. Like “ hey sorry this is taking us a while but we’ll be right with you as soon as we can” but no not a word. Robots could do better. Maybe get some of those or provide a self-checkout. Done with this location.

It was a very cold day and I had some business at the United National Bank. When I returned to my car, the battery was no longer strong enough to start my engine. Fortunately, the Auto Zone was just across the street, however the highway was a busy one. I walk to the "Zone" and explained my situation. A kind man by the name of Thomas (I think) lent me the tools to remove my battery. This save me about a mile in walking back to the house!Once I removed the battery and returned to the store, Karen Lane (who works there) gave me a ride in her truck to the bank, thus saving me from carrying a heavy car battery across a busy highway. (I'm 65 years old). What could have been a major inconvenience turned into a simple repair that took less than 30 minutes (and saved me a few miles of walking in the cold). I am very appreciative of both of these individuals.

Will use O'Reilly's or Advanced from here on out. I have used this store a few times and the workers are never helpful or willing to do more than their minimum to try and help.

5 stars for sure. My engine light came on and I took it to Auto Zone to be tested. Alex was great, he checked all my fluids and my battery as well as telling me that the test showed I needed some lubricant and sure enough the engine light went off. Thanks Alex and Auto Zone!

They have most parts and sometimes better prices. I like to use all the parts stores though it's always good to call a few storesto check prices and availability.

The lady who served me was so rude. Don't have any courtesy, robotic service (even robots have customer service) but this lady is not trained in customer service. She needs to be trained in diversity to remove stereotype barriers. Scott the old store manager was exceptional!
