“On my way from Ohio to N. Carolina to visit my husband, the fuel tank straps on my truck broke and my fuel tank was dragging on the ground. 2 hours from Ohio and 4 1/2 from N. Carolina and nobidy to turn to. After calling around and being told by other companies they were too busy to even look at it, I called Teays Valley Imports and they said they would help! When I arrived they got me right in and within 3 hours I was back on the road. What a blessing it was for the guys to help in my time of need! They were super friendly and very informative. Context: our family (6 of us & 4 dogs) were traveling from KY to central PA when our dashboard began to light up with indicators and the vehicle started lunging. It was nearly 7pm and we called 2 garages, neither of which could help us, so we rang Mr. Tire in Hurricane.
Mindy answered the phone, listened to our struggle and kindly told us to get to the shop so they could help us out (despite the fact they’d be closing soon). Her calm, kindness was a huge relief to our growing stress. Upon arrival she took our information and introduced us to Dick who would be giving our van a look.
As expected, the fix wasn’t gonna be too extensive but acquiring the parts would have to wait for the next day. Dick was extremely patient with our questions and was very thorough in explaining and showing us the various problems at play, as well as, very detailed in our options to move forward. The staff then helped us find a hotel (pet-friendly) and transported us to the same.
Dick assured us that he’d get us on the road as soon as possible and was good to his word! More than the mechanical fix that was provided - the compassion and helpfulness that was demonstrated was the real fix that we needed.”

“Recently purchased a 2014 Ram from Darrell. He did an outstanding job of getting extra pictures of the truck and making multiple deal sheets to satisfy my picky credit union. His knowledge of the Ram trucks was a great help in making my decision and it paid off. I had an issue shortly after the purchase and Darrell did a lot of leg work getting me information on warranty and any service work that could be done or was done. I live almost 5 hours away and Walker Ram was going to make sure anything I needed had at least some warranty. IT WAS A USED TRUCK!!! They didn't have to do anything. “Everyone here was super nice and helpful! We pulled in with a SUPER flat tire at 5:01 and they were supposed to close at 5. Although they didn’t have any tires to buy because they do body work, they were super helpful in getting the donut on my car and directing us where to go. I’m very thankful they were there and so kind when we needed help!”

“Took my car into service dept for a no start/no crank issue after I had personally worked to resolve it. Also had a check engine light with a code evident once it did start. Service advisor Steve told me it would be couple three days before they could look at it. Once I did hear from them, Steve said they cleared the light/code with the computer and told me it was a code stored from some time back and not a current issue. In relation to my no start/no crank issue, they said that it was a ground issue that I must had fixed in MY working on it. So, Steve said that car was ok to go and that I could come and get it. I asked him what the charge was, Steve said I owed them nothing because the didn't repair anything other than clearing a code. Wow!! Very surprising to hear this in today's world. I thanked Steve for his honesty!! Midway Ford had access to a "blank check" from me and had every opportunity to take advantage of me, but instead they chose the honest road and for that I am very thankful. Staff went above & beyond to make sure we were safe for the storm coming tonite! Was greeted three times and was made sure we were taken care of! Vehicle was clean when we got back in. Super kind & friendly! Close to many eateries & gasoline. Conveniently located off of interstate exit ramp. Can’t say enough great things about customer service.
