His knowledge of the Ram trucks was a great help in making my decision and it paid off. I live almost 5 hours away and Walker Ram was going to make sure anything I needed had at least some warranty. IT WAS A USED TRUCK!!! They didn't have to do anything. “I had to stop in the store at Liberty Square in Hurricane this morning on my way to work. It was pretty much an emergency situation because I'm pretty sure my battery would not have lasted the rest of the day.
Doug was in the store and he explained that I would need to wait a few minutes for him to check my battery, alternator, and starter. He was the only person there at the moment. I was glad to wait.
I only waited about 15 minutes til he was able to run the tests for me and he found out that I did indeed need a battery.
Watching him install the battery, I thanked my lucky stars that I did not have to do that myself. It was a job that definitely required a professional.
Doug, THANK YOU SO MUCH for your help this morning. I was only a few minutes late for work....thanks to you, the amount of time I was late wasn't really significant.
