It's been over a month trying to get my husband Walker fixed replaced it broke two weeks after my husband had it the the wheel broke off of it. They got cheap stuff I keep saying this stuff that stuff and this stuff all the time so I reckon have to go get a lawyer for my husband he has fell down multiple of times and they will not do a damn thing

Our first experience with WeCare (Huntington) wasn't unpleasant, but it was rather haphazard. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to communication. Having new instructions from a new Pulmonary specialist, I gave WeCare (Huntington) a call. Granted, it was close to closing time so I expected to leave a message. Instead, someone picked up the phone - I could hear people talking and laughing in the background - but no one answered my repeated "hello?" and then they hung up the phone. Listen, I get that it was minutes to closing. But don't pick up and pretend that no one's on the line. That's ignorant, unprofessional and uncalled for.

No one answers the phone or responds to voice messages. Management needs to investigate why and fix.

What happened to We Care ? The delivery guy are great ,but that is it. Poor customer service and closed when they are supposed to be open. Good luck trying to get any one to answer the phone.

I called Friday to request another concentrator. The rep said she wasn't sure if they could since my was technically working. Come Monday morning here he comes with my new (to me) machine. Thank you WeCare Medical.

The CPAP department is vary hard to receive supplies through after you have your system.I have had my system for 6 months and have never received addition supplies. also the billing departments is vary rude, I was at the HUntington store on a Friday in october and at this time I ordered a new mask for my system it is now the end of Nov. still no mask, upon calling I was informed it was because I did not conform the order on Monday,and then it was because of the holidaY(Halloween).

They have changed their location to 1452 4th Ave. HUNTINGTON, WV but amazing customer service. Very accommodating and helpful.
