What a mess. A two year struggle w this company. I ordered a couch and EC IN 2022. UPON delivery the couch was BROKEN. I refused the delivery but accepted the entertainment center . I told them to cancel the couch as I no longer wanted to wait for a new . one. delivery drivers left. Whatever they did with the broken couch, I have no idea. Was charged for the couch anyway and the nightmare begins. I refused to pay for it so the account was sold to credit corps solutions who are awful awful people . asked for delivery documentation that I accepted a broken couch and they couldn't provide it. They instead sent me a FORGED delivery receipt where the signature was a star. Yes, a STAR. LOL.
The deby collection industry needs an overhaul as they should be able to prove that something is actually owed . Anyway, looking forward to settling this in court. Absolute bullshit

Recently shopped for a recliner. VCF had a nice variety of styles and features. The store was well organized and well maintained. Very convenient to shop the entire store without any pressure, but with any questions answered as needed. That made the selection comfortable and simple. Mary was "the best" to help with the selection and Linda was great setting up the purchase. They are both, to me, five star representatives of Value City Furniture. Thank you both.

Greeted with a smile right from the beginning. Rhonda and Sandy were super helpful and kind. Rhonda showed me different options and talked to me about benefits of each. Great selection of furnitures and prices, and above expectations in customer service!
