These incompetent employees have lost TWO packages from Amazon that were very important to my family and I, not just some junk ordered off of Amazon. This is how people perform when there is no consequences for their incompetence, actions and negligence.

Mail never gets picked up, when you call no one ever answers. If you try to get through to customer service you have to hold for an hour. They state they follow employees via gps but they still refuse to pick up our mail. Packages get returned to sender for no legitimate reason.

Don't bother calling here to speak with a human being. It rings until it says "Please enter your remote access code."

Absolute garbage of service--rarely delivers correctly, can never contact by phone to try to sort out what should be a simple process. If I could leave a negative star I would.

Well the Postal Service went to hell they cost me delivery of having a package delivered $350 for a package I never received then of course they can't do nothing about it because they're late on their delivery dates but every time you turn around they're raising the rates. Thanks

People 1 Starring this place are ignorant and/or angry. I do business here at least once a week for my online stores and the guys at the desk are always friendly and do their jobs well. Same 3 guys at the counter and they’re very prompt. Errors are almost always due to shipping confusion/ inexperience done by the buyer or the seller. If your package goes to the wrong place often, you wrote down the wrong address, goofies!?

The post office almost seems closed until you go inside. I was the only person there when I went. The staff seemed to not really care that I was there. I also wasn't given my receipt, he immediately threw it away without asking if I wanted it. The location was very clean and had plenty of parking.

Supposedly my package csnt be scheduled for re delivery so i know have taken a day off of work to pick up my package. Upon arrival at 7 am the entire place is closed and locked up with no one in site.

Place is garbage, they took out the 24 hour drop box. There is only 1 employee working at the desk to help you get stamps or mail out packages. Typical government agency pinching penny's so they can give the people bread crumbs. No wonder the employees are rude. It would be nice if they put A/C in the mail trucks so these hard working mailmen can stay cool and not have heat strokes.
