“My husband and I have purchased several new/used cars at this dealership. On 09/07/24 my yukan denali broke down on Hal Greer Blvd at Wendy's. (Wouldn't start). I was alone but my husband called Jeff the service dept. manager to see if it was safe to jump the car. Jeff was at a ballgame but offered to send help immediately. Since he was busy my husband called Dustin (sales manager at Mitsubishi on the hill). Dustin immediately came down to check on me, checked the car out and transferred my belongings to a loaner car. When AAA came to pick up the car, the could not get it into gear. I called Dustin back & he sent someone down to help. The truck was loaded & towed. Dustin called a couple of hours later to make sure I made it home okay with no issues and to ask if I was happy with the loaner. When I told him the seats hurt my back, he said he was off on Monday but would have another vehicle available for me to pick up. Jeff called early Monday to say it was the battery and they would have it ready for pickup soon. The battery (unknown to us) was the original from 2018. Both guys went above and beyond to provide great customer service and it was greatly appreciated. We will continue to buy cars from this dealer. We could not recommend them enough:)”
