They're efficient and nice. There's usually a line but it moves quickly. They're the only UPS drop off in the area, so there's always a short wait. The employees work quickly but they always smile and exchange pleasantries while helping customers and that makes the short wait well worth it. No one, not customer or staff, wants to deal with a cranky pants, and, at this location, no one has to.

The manager Elizabeth is a thief. I sent 3 packages with money in them and all ended up without the money. The third on I put a hidden camera in just to see who it was and then sent it right before they closed. I feel like I was being targeted. They always watch for my packages I followed the third package to the warehouse on ohio River rd and got it back and I have the video of the manager opening my package and removing the money. If she is not fired I will not only be filing a lawsuit against her but also against the store for not doing anything and the company in whole. This is absolutely ridiculous that a manager is doing this. It's was over a 1000 stolen which is a felony. Do something or I will.

Needed to send back a package that was delivered by ups that was damaged. The girl working there was too busy scrolling on her phone to help out. I asked if someone was able to help me bring in box cause it was heavy and large and she just said they had a dolly. The whole time she was scrolling on her personal cell phone..Rude!!!!

The only redeeming quality is their hours. When I am forced to go, most of the employees I've encountered are rude and act disgusted having to help me with my returns. If at all possible, I go out to River Road as they are always pleasant and helpful, just such restricted hours.

I Love the UPS Store the people that worked there. Great, if you don't know how to send an email to them or know how to get your return slip off your phone they can do everything you need to do. All I do is pay dollar something and they fix everything I need. I love it

The employees are always accommodating to the customer, and they provide help with any type of shipping and Office services. They are fast and efficient so you are in and out in a matter of minutes. This is the only UPS store exchange that I will go to, and it is out of my way about an hour. But it is definitely worth it.

Very rude no help at all. They just kept transferring me to automated services that was not helping they could not look up a package and Bethany was very rude and unhelpful. This will be my last dealing with this store.

For here 10 till 3pm. They are supposed to close at 3pm on Sunday. I drove 20 mins fo get here and the door is locked and gate is down. Generally my fav ups but not anymore one starEdit: 5 star now....he called me back and let me in and shipped my things to make it right.

Only from my experience this morning....The female who waited on me showed no interest in what she was doing. Did not acknowledge me until after she deliberately turned her back on me and had a few sips of her drink, although, I know she saw me come in and wait behind the person she was currently helping. She said nothing to me, didn't even look me in my eyes. Then, still looking down, she said dryly "How can i help you?" I told her what I needed and showed her my phone for a return. She took my phone and scanned it, gave me my receipt, and turned her back on me again. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with at this place and her behavior needs to be addressed. I didn't get her name but she is heavy-set with long dark hair and a huge tattoo on her left forearm.Without customers, she'd have no job. Do better!
