I trust NO ONE with my animals like I trust Leigh and her staff. I get so much comfort knowing she loves my animals just as I love them and only have their best interest at heart. There isn't a better vet around, period.

Our family has several animals, two are French Bulldogs. Stonecrest by far has the BEST veterinarians! Several of the doctors there have Frenchies, so they are personally experienced owners and know what to look for in the breed. Ours have had a few tricky health issues that Dr. Johnson has always figured out and treated with the finest care. We have been to other animal medical centers in the area before and Stonecrest is the least expensive while also having the most professional, precise treatments tailored to each individual animal. Their app makes it super easy to make appointments, refill medications and to keep in touch with the staff. We will never go anywhere else!

The only reason they are receiving a 1–The website needed it for me to write this. The staff-with the exception of the vet were fine. Our cat went in on Monday-sent home. Called again the following day and took her back in. They did not have much to say-since it is difficult to talk to the vet, except we had a very sick cat. She stayed all day and we took her to the Animal ER for overnight care. Picked her up the next morning and were told that her temperature was down and that the vet would check her out and she would probably return home. We dropped off at 8-no vet, no phone call. Called around 11:10 and ask a few questions. They had started her on more stuff—without a phone call. My husband was going to Huntington and stopped to check on her. When he ask questions the vet became VERY irritated and told the staff to get our cat. No explanation. Except for another $85. We had already spent close to 900. Not including the ER. Still do not know what is going on with the cat. This place is horrible and a money pit. I have never heard of a veterinarian facility where the staff are the only people to speak directly to the vet and the vet get angry because the owner ask questions.

Sorry, but I have been going to Stonecrest since the 1980’s with my three Goldens when the King’s were the vets there and loved them so much. Very disappointed in my last visit at Stonecrest for one dogs yearly shots $365 and the other dog was just getting cytopoint shot for $165 and totaled out it was $550! Also wanted to do some extra blood work on my 7yr old dog and called it senior blood workup! Which was included in the $550. Outrageous pricing! Felt like I was being taken to the cleaners! Dr Johnson over heard us discussing the pricing with the tech and came in. We explained that some of the test weren’t necessary and that the pricing was very high. (Also don’t like them taking your dog out of the room to examine them. Dr King always did exam in the room with you there.) At that point Dr Johnson said I can get your records and give them to you and at that point we left! So sad it had to come to this. Felt like she wants you to pay for that remodel that just happened last year! Never going back!!!!

Stonecrest is the greatest. They treat every animal as if they are their own. Dr Butler is wonderful with my dog, intelligent and up to date with treatments.

Would get a 5/5 if the veterinarians would come discuss their plan and medical thinking before doing labs and imaging. Would appreciate some degree of shared decision making regarding how my animal is being evaluated rather than having them run expensive tests and being stuck with a bill. This model of business definitely has me questioning integrity and because of that I may be looking to find a more transparent veterinarian. Care for my animal was excellent, but probably didn’t need the $160 dollar X-ray or the blood work if they thought my otherwise healthy looking dog's symptoms were consistent with acid reflux.

Dr. Johnson and the entire staff are awesome! They take excellent care of our two fur babies. She went above and beyond to help us appeal an insurance denial as well. We are so grateful for this and for all that they have done and will continue to do for our dogs. From preventative care to surgeries, they have been very kind, understanding, empathetic, helpful, and always open to answering our questions. Your pets will be well cared for if they go to Stonecrest Animal Medical Center.

Dr. Johnson and her staff is always amazing. Always! Thorough, kind and honest! The whole team is special and they genuinely love what they do and they have all been so consistent for the 10+ years my fur babies have been patients. They have become special friends to me as well! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice! I’m forever grateful and thankful for these amazing souls!

They were fantastic. I had an emergency. They helped her even though her vet didn't have time for an emergency tomake an appointment for the next day. But Stone Crest made time for my puppy and thanks to them she is doing great. She has a new and great vet.. thanks again

We have loved our experiences with the Stonecrest Animal staff. They are so kind and love on our fur-babies. They answer our questions and provide useful information so we can be better dog and puppy parents. We look forward to a long and happy relationship with them as we all work together in raising our sweet Cavapoo “pack.”
