I used to go to this shop weekly and spend over $100 each trip. I over looked the staff that acted like it was a bother to have to assist me as a customer, or just plain act like they hate even being where they are, bc hey lets face it some people naturally have the personality of door mats. I recently tried to start taking my business back here but both times I get there 15-20 minutes before close I find the door is already locked. I get that people are just ready to go home at the end of a shift but closing a business early really says alot about a place. I guess the owners are so well off they can just afford to close whenever their employees decide they are done for the day. Oh well, leason learned, I will continue to go to the place i switched to. They may not have the late hours smokies SAY they have, that makes it possible for me to stop by on my way home from work but my business is appreciated there and the doors are always open and closed at the times posted. You would think with as many smoke shops as there are around this town you might want to think about how you are treating the people keeping you in business.

Employee was awful, seemed put out that I was even there, despite spending over $60. She was all around rude and kept belching loudly. Also seemed high on the job.

They are extremely rude and need to learn costumer service! They need to stop people at the door to I.D not wait until someone is trying to buy something. They are little girls that need to grow up I’m sorry but being a cashier at a smoke shop Is not a presidential body guard it’s not that serious you get paid minimum wage

So sick of this place always being rude or just plainly not helping, especially cuz all the others in the area are amazingly friendly. They need a lesson in being non judgmental and respectful to others. I won’t go back unfortunately and took a bunch of my business and my friends business down the road where it’s wanted!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They NEVER answer the phone and the it's run by people who are money hungry. Everything is extremely over priced for what? Like come on seriously $500+ for a puffco rig that's only $220 on the actual website? I went to Michigan to a smoke shop and they gave it to me for the same price as it's marked online, knocked off the taxes, and gave me a free bottle of 99% rubbing alcohol and a container of q-tips for FREE. This smoke shop is a joke.

Service here is always excellent! I bought an old stock vape for $5, but the first few I tried were duds. It’s a common thing for older vapes, but the cashier let me pull some until I found the right one. Now I’m left with a great, cheap vape and the satisfaction of being a happy customer. I recommend anybody to go to Smokie’s if they’re in the market for a new vape, cheap or not!

Only place in the area where I’ve gotten faulty vapes. If you don’t check to see if it works on site they won’t replace it regardless if you spent 20-30 dollars on it even if you are a repeat customer. The store clerks will always pressure you to tip or buy them a vape. Will no longer go to this location.
