Just went for a wash,cut, style. The girl I booked with originally was double booked. (Not a big deal) so another girl did it. I was a few minutes late (10ish minutes) I called ahead to let them know. So the girl sat me down so since I was late when she asked me if I wanted a wash I told her no big deal. We can just cut and style. I asked for face framing, my bangs (I’ve have had them before) and a little trim off the bottom. She cut my bangs completely dry and said she said she added layers. I sat down in the chair at 3:10 I was out and in my car within 15/20 minutes. This would have all been fine if not for 2 things. 1. She did not style my hair or wash it and still tried to charge a wash, cut, and style. Like um ok. If you do a style and cut no problem with the price because I said don’t worry about the wash since I was late. Secondly. I had to go home and fix my bangs once I straightened it and I must be blind because there wasn’t a single layer. So I would just not recommend walking in. Charged 35 and left a 10 cash tip.

I do have some good to give them. They got me in last minute. Second off i didnt know what i wanted done but wanted to be brighter. I came out of there where looked decent and didnt complain because it looked good curled however went home and washed and dried to look and its a ton darker than had but i have two pieces that stick out like sore thumb in front that matches none of my other hair pieces none. Its been so dry and fragile since got it done which never happens just wear it up which is horrible till i can get it done again somewhere. Horrible. I dont like complaining but felt a review is neccessary. Not a great experience at all. Not happy and wont go back. And wont recommend. Had many people ask if colored myself :(

I have went to Megan for three different appointments all asking for different services. She had made my hair healthier, longer, and over all stronger by putting my hair's health first. She is an incredible business woman and has me loving my hair again. I love my sas extensions, I get compliments everywhere I go. Amazing staff and over all great experience.

Megan- the owner does my extensions and I love them so much! She always gets the color match and application perfect! I get so many compliments on my extensions and I will never go without them! My hair always turns out exactly how I ask. The new salon location is so convenient downtown and everything is super clean and comfortable.

I have been coming here for a few months so far and Marki always does such a great job! My hair was brunette when I first came to her. This is my hair after three sessions and it’s sooo close to my natural hair. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet!!

I got my hair cut with Sadie. She was very timely for the appointment, professional, and super nice to talk with! She also asked questions during the appointment to make sure I was liking the haircut and I of course love it. ? Also, I like the privacy that the salon offers since it's not one big salon where all the clients are around each other at all times, it's separate rooms. This helps people with social anxiety like me! Will be booking again for sure. Thank you.

I've never had service so nonexistent that I felt the need to share my opinion with other people. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and when I texted the owner to let her know I was there, I never received a response. However, a person who works at the salon let me in the door because it was locked. When I finally got into the salon, I stood at the desk until someone at least greeted me and told me to have a seat and wait on the owner, Megan. I then proceeded to wait for over an hour for my appointment, but because I had other things to do for the day I left. I was never greeted by the owner. However, I did see her walk into the area I was multiple times without even acknowledging my existence.

The color faded so quickly, even with proper care. I've been getting my hair done for years and it's never faded this quick. The girl who did it seemed nervous.

I made an appointment for my wife. I tried calling, messaging on their Instagram, texting several times. No one would answer and they would read the messages and not respond. We were getting ready to leave for the appointment and she received a text from the styl8st canceling last min. The stylist did refund the 75 dollar deposit. It would have been nice to know sooner that she had to cancel.
