i do not normally get my nails done and only get them done maybe 1 or 2x a year for special occasions. that being said, i am new to the area and being a “walk in” you never know what to expect. everyone was super nice and helpful and communicated well. i had angela and i was very impressed and super happy with my experience. i was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the whole staff. i would definitely recommend. the first picture is what i showed her and the second/ third is what was done.

This is the first time I’ve been back to Oceans in a long while. I was going to Gloss in Barboursville after a friend recommended them. Bill was absolutely fantastic! He definitely has a repeat customer now!

I have found a gem there! Cherry the nail tech does a wonderful job, Honestly i wont let anyone else there do my nails. The shape is always perfect, and she is gentle but quick. 10 out of 10 for me paired with the location, and the wait time never being to long. I used to go to gloss but things have gotten out of hand with even making an appointment having an hour wait time I won't be making that drive anymore. Cherry does just as good of a job if not better in my opinion!
Requested style: Short coffin for the bougie office worker ?
Specialties: Any design or picture I've ever shown Cherry, she has replied "No problem!"
Cleanliness: The shop is always neat and tidy, anytime I see someone get up the station is cleaned right away ?

I have been going here to get my nails done for quiet sometime However this time I needed a fill, the lady said she would rather just take them off. Bad grown out a bit, so I said no problem. She ripped them off hurting my natural nail. Several times I told her I wanted square nails showed her a picture of the Matt black. She left me with long coffin nails. That are lumpy. The paint looks very bad. She didn't buff the acrylic out she was in a hurry. Several other people come in saying they had an appointment at 2 with her. She left me setting for 20 minutes and went to the back. I don't know if she went on break. Or what she did this was the worst experience and my nails look like utter crap for $75 plus I tipped her. So 85 total. I didn't even get to go wash my hands. I was pushed and rushed out. I wasn't gonna leave a review, but I did send pictures of my nails. And message them and they decided not to respond or say, come in, and let me get the chunks of dried acrylic alpha under your nail that I left there or let me fix the humps, bumps and lumps. I could have done this kind of job at home I'm not going back there.
I felt very disappointed cheated, and my fingers are sore. Who has to use bleed powder when removing a set of nails added photo if what I asked for ..

Fast, friendly service both times I've been there. Gel manicures looked great as well! Prices better than other places around. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Nice and good customer service, and cool atmosphere. But, I got nicked in four different spots and honestly they don’t look great. I came here because my nails were so overgrown and needed a refill. My usual place was closed for their spring break. I went because of their positive reviews. They might have been older.
