I made an appointment earlier in the week to come see a specific vehicle to purchase. Drove an hour to the dealer and when I get there they told me they don’t have it due to the manager driving it on a trip this weekend. Super disappointing and disrespectful of my time.
While the salesman did his best showing me a different trim and color it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Went in purchased two cars, financing person harassed us into gap policies (said she couldn’t let us leave without it) said we could cancel in 30 days drop payment back down, LIE. We callled two days later to drop it only to be told we had to wait 30 days, finally when we get ahold of any who cancels policy we find out not the case and when we called it could’ve been fixed then but now it’s too late. Now their “managers” won’t return calls. (Thanks Kris westlake and the other two managers voicemails I’ve been passed off on by receptionist) once you sign papers they screen their calls. Sent family in to buy a new car also, seat stopped adjusting after a day, they told her parts on back order it will be two weeks. Go to Lester Raines less headache and managers actually return your call.

The right amount of friendliness with the perfect amount of professionalism. EVERY. TIME. From the body shop, to the service department, and the product specialists, Moses Honda is far above the "other" Honda dealership I dealt with for years! My only regret is not shopping with Moses Honda sooner. But, better later than never!!

The service advisor Rose was very polite and helpful. She was able to get me in and out quickly and explained everything that was done to my vehicle.

If sales tells you that service department is quick to get you in, this is not my experience. Was told earliest I could get in was 12 days out for an oil change. Very friendly service department however.

This service visit was completely avoidable. I had my Ridgeline serviced on June 5. Shortly thereafter, I detected a noise in the front when applying the brakes and then taking off again.
When I finally got a service appointment on July 8 to troubleshoot this issue, it was discovered that the oil cap was off in the lower front brace. Either it was not fully reinstalled after the oil change on 6/5 or it was left somewhere in the engine bay after the oil change. Either way, I’m just glad there was no engine damage. Very frustrating to turn your vehicle over for service and experience this.

Had a 1:30 appt. got there at 1:15. They lady I normally see wasn't there. It was someone new. I was getting an oil change/ tire rotation. It was on the paper and they asked me also if I was waiting, I'm in a wheelchair so I have to wait on my vehicle. She verified my information and told me I could go to waiting area. While in the waiting area I received a phone call but someone was talking to me so I didn't answer, few minutes later I tried calling the number back and no one answered. Then around 3:00 I decided to go see how much longer it would be and my phone rang again from that same number I answered and it was the girl from service calling to tell me my vehicle was ready. They have never done that before and they need to let people know they will be calling them, usually the lady came and told me they were finished. Then I get home and later check my email I had 3 emails from them while I was in the waiting area saying my vehicle needed other things done (like filters and wipers) and since I didn't respond they didn't do them. They should have come asked me in person not send an email, who is siting there checking their email? Not me. They should let the customer know what to expect, phone call, email etc. I didn't have a problem other than that. I thought it would be like the other visits and they would come let me know. Especially if I didn't answer the phone or the email, they should have come looking for me (what if I hadn't had my phone with me or it was dead?)
