I decided to return to this dealership after experiencing the crass and deceitful behavior of the salesman located from pillar to post between Beckley, WV and Huntington, WV over the past three months. Every employee I interacted with was kind, reasonable, and forthright. I was accommodated in almost every way conceivable. This was my second purchase in six years and I will be returning. Shout out to C. Pettry (No validation needed here; everyone knows she is fantastic). Robby Sergent the salesman I interacted with was very kind and thorough from the time he reached out via phone to exiting the parking lot. Thank you all again - Rich

Best auto dealership in the tri state area. Exceptional service after the sale and courteous staff.I have purchased 15 vehicles from Moses Auto Mall in Barboursville. Over the many years I have dealt with Phil, Don, Smitty and Roger, all of them have treated me like family. Travis has always went above and beyond in helping me get the absolute best deal.
